The early HAARP pattern of the winter was one of a Montana cold sink in October which in turn was one of cold snaps from August and September.
This nuclear containment option was followed by a Manitoba flash low which revealed a great deal in the difference of HAARP weather and the cold sink.
The cold sink is unique, in it has a primary of pulling Stratosphere cold which is Arctic cold down to the ground, a weather happening which does occur in nature, but not consistently, it is rare.
What is unique about this happening which evidence now concludes is that when HAARP is creating this pull down of cold air, that the ground pressure is lessened, so cold air actually is being pulled out of the ground.
Early summer results with the chem salts rained and snowed into the ground caused heavy dew, but when the cold from the ground in the 48 to 55 degree range is pulled up and meets 70 degree air, the result is heavy condensation, meaning dew so wet it rains.
This might explain what God was doing until the Flood, in mists covered the ground to water then. It may be that the atmosphere having a higher concentration of oxygen, also had a lower pressure, so cooler air was being forced to the surface.
The end result was this horrid soggy weather which prevailed.
In contrast, the Manitoba low pressure a 12 hour wind storm, akin a Clipper, was of a much warmer nature in it being cool, instead of cold which was sharp. This storm was one which is did freeze naturally in the ground became cold. Otherwise with HAARP the situation was one of most trees would not frost their leaves, but it would frost on vehicles and the ground, killing garden plants.
This is the pattern of the HAARP generated systems. None of htem are natural, but this is how they are generating "weather modification".
In October yet, they attempted with black skies which is a signature of a Stratsophere operation, the black did not prevail as in the winter of 2022 AD in the year of our Lord. The air was still of the type that was warm and produced the normal purplish skies.
It was noted that migrations from Canada did generate a bit earlier, so the cold air there was being enhanced early as it pushed against the very warm drought air of the United States. What is normal is the drought air should prevail in America and cause a warmer and drier winter. That would be normal, and with greater west to east flow of weather being generated.
The HAARP predictions spoke of a HAARP vortex in February, so this may appear in a cold sink outbreak. This should not last as the drought pattern has set in and warmer air will push north faster. Again though, if the region is buried in chem snows which require 50 degrees to melt and then the snow melts in a flood, then this will repeat, BUT the American north will not have to wait until the end of April before the spring floods. The prediction is that there will be less snow, not a repeat of the March super storms that only happen once every 1000 years and they were happening weekly, and therefore March should open up normally and the snow will not last due to the higher temperatures.
As these HAARP cycles of October were about containing radioactive fall out, it would not behoove the Germany HAARPIE lezbos to have a huge amount of snow to become radioactive which would blow around and contaminate a wider region and more aquifers.
