As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
I have noticed something these past years about the HAARP winds. They puff. I can stand in the yard and listen to it like if you open and close a door with an industrial machine running. It usually is 3 or 4 times, that you can hear this odd sound.
The reason I'm noting this is another fact. All my life the Brier has had wind. It sucks. It is only recently though that I have seen plastic grocery bags and garbage sacks up in the trees, and they rattle all the time when it is windy.
The only way this could be taking place is that the huffing and puffing of HAARP is rolling and lifting air up, almost verticle.
It is just one of the scientific facts in this like HAARP hanger clouds which even our gas man noted and wanted to talk to me about.
