There once was a legal reality in the United States, even with Tel Aviv, that they could not use US munitions in acts of aggression. Ours is a lawless world now where the police state is used to hunt down and intimidate Americans in being weaponized and Dictator Biden thinks he can just form coalitions to bomb countries who have not attacked America, but are defending people in Gaza from Tel Aviv holocaust.
No where in the Constitution does it give any President the authority to deploy US forces endlessly, to bankrupt America in proxy wars using other nations, nor to form war parties to protect other nations who are already getting hundreds of billions of dollars in aid from America.
The entire problem with all of this is Congress which has been absolutely absent for decades as it no longer represents the people. It represents conglomerates who pilfer trillions of dollars for themselves, and then end up giving job kickbacks later. No one goes to prison, as the police state protects this racket and is set upon those who are exposing this corruption.
I would that 435 members of Congress would vote to force the Pentagon to return to the United States all of these expeditionary forces, but yet every time, up comes a budget and the Pentagon gets rewarded. The problem in this is that it is Americans who will be attacked due to these reckless acts of the District of Criminals, as the Navy has all the billion dollar defense to defend their aggression.
Earlier, both Republican and Democratic members of the US Congress expressed concerns about the US strikes on Yemen.
"These airstrikes have not been authorized by Congress. The Constitution is clear: Congress has the sole authority to authorize military involvement in overseas conflicts. Every president must first come to Congress and ask for military authorization, regardless of party," Democratic US Congresswoman Val Hoyle said in a statement on Thursday via social media platform X.
Republican US Senator Mike Lee replied to Khanna’s post on X and expressed his agreement. "The US Constitution matters, regardless of party affiliation," he said.
On his part, former US Representative Justin Amash said that "if President Biden had enough time to form a multinational coalition to plan and conduct strikes in Yemen, then he had enough time to seek and obtain an authorization from Congress as our Constitution requires."
In this the Yemeni nation responded to the US attack by firing at the US aggressors. They did not at this time score a hit, but that only means that America exposed more of it's weapon defense system and Moscow, Peking, Tehran and Yemen are going to be studying it for holes and they will either attack again with missiles which will complete the purpose, or they are going to find US ships in port and deal with them there.
US Central Command (CENTCOM) has announced that the US Navy shot down about two dozen missiles and drones in a significant new incident in the Red Sea. Given that it involved a minimum of 21 drones and Houthi missiles fired from Yemen, it ranks among the biggest attacks to occur there since October 7. It was referred to by the Associated Press as the “largest-ever barrage of drones and missiles targeting shipping in the Red Sea.”
In the first military statement, the Tuesday 9:15 p.m. (local time) attack off the Yemeni port cities of Hodeida and Mokha was described as a “complex attack” carried out by terrorists affiliated with Iran. According to the statement, CENTCOM calculated that it involved 18 one-way attack drones, two anti-ship cruise missiles, and an anti-ship ballistic missile.
Like every American, I have had enough of this charade. This has nothing to do with American interests, this is America on the London and Tel Aviv puppet string for their financial backers. All of this is about OIL and control of the Mideast. After the Obama scam of green energy which Americans are being robbed of money in high prices, Gaza is about natural gas. France is building nuclear power plants. No one is involved in wind and solar because IT DOES NOT WORK. America has no leaders, it has pimps stealing money and liberty for their cartel control.
Congress is thee only legal way to end this. Congress has to do it's job which this blog has advocated for years, from ending the police state to ending the war state to ending thee invasion state to erase and replace Americans.
These few Congressgenders complaining are just a front, Nothing will change, it will be more of the same. The Houhti of Yemen have shown contraint in discerning that Americans are not the District of Criminals. It would not be wise to raise the ire of the population to sucker them to follow DC again like on 9 11. It all remains to be seen though in this bait and switch.
America has enough God given oil and gas to supply our nation, and enough thorium for clean electricity for almost forever. None of this in Ukraine or the Mideast is in the United States interest. Congress should have never let it get his far, but Congress is filled with stooges who do not represent America.
It is why I'm out of politics and not getting drawn into this, as no one is going to do the right thing and the average person is too small and will end up dead or in prison. This will have to build to the global war that they all want to obliterate humanity. As a Christian I believe Christ sets things right and is my hope, as I have no hope in what is in any state or federal rule in America.
