Years ago when my dad died, he died of a silent heart attack, because diabetics were prone to them. It was probably a chemical imbalance, but what is in the vax heart is not chemical, it would appear the the small tissues are wearing out and atrophy has set in. So this does not appear to be neurological degeneration, but a tissue fatigue which is developing that projections point to in the next 10 to 20 years. Granted if you are in your 60's this really does not mean that much as it would be shelf life for you, but for younger people this is like Scarlet Fever is causing heart problems before their time.
