I found it interesting in the Catholic priest, Father Kraemer, revealing the 3rd secret of Fatima, that he spoke of the sinking of much of eastern Canada.
I was able to pull up some sites which I once utilized and are now cleansed from the internet, and in them was about as complete explanation of Nostradamus, complete with wrong years in thinking the end would come years ago, but all of this type are only accurate close in and as the further out it goes, the more things are off.
We know that Wormwood is a fact though as God said it was. In the two seers below, I'm going to provide to you insights into what it is going to be like. There is going to be a great war taking place at this time in Europe. Wormwood, according to Nostradamus is a comet as bearded.
The information says that we will see this thing appear in July and it will strike earth in August. It is one mile wide. It appears to break apart or has other lesser pieces in it's orbit. It will enter earth at the 48th parallel, in the morning, probably on the Pacific West Coast of North America and begin breaking up. It will hit in large part in the central to eastern Atlantic. Parts will hit land, fish will be half boiled in the Mediterranean.
This is not going to be a summer long event. They say 7 days people will watch this. I suspect this thing is going to come in behind the sun before it appears. This thing will be big enough to pull the tides and after impact it will blow mountains and cause horrendous earthquakes.
It is the tidal waves though which cleanse the shores. It seems in a way that God positioned England to be a sort of protective dike for Europe as it gets flooded, Scotland remains, but the southern half of the island washes away.
[I.69] The great mountain, seven stadia round, after peace, war, famine, flooding. It will spread far, drowning great countries, even antiquities and their great foundations
Here the actual Comet-Strike is described. A round comet or meteor one mile (seven stadia) wide, as big as a mountain will hit an ocean causing giant tidal wave leading to devastation and submergence of many countries. From other quatrains, it seems that the Comet will break up in several pieces and large parts will strike the Atlantic and Mediterranean Oceans and the lands in Europe and USA causing tidal waves, floods, earthquakes and raining of burning fragments on cities and forests. From the description "antiquities", it seems that countries with "old" cultures like Greece, Italy etc. will be severely hit. A similar prophecy is there in the Biblical Book of Revelations 8:8 and 8:9 and in several other prophecies including those of Mother Shipton's. These tidal waves are what Fatima was looking at in eastern Canada submerging. From this position and lining up England, it appears the largest part deflects on break up and in a slight kant, is moving slightly northwest, which would then cause the main wave over England and the counter wave washing away eastern Canada.
Understand the dynamics of this, in an impact does not just push water one way. It creates a splash, a deep hole and waves radiating outward, before they reverse. A tsunami can generate great speeds and that is what this Wormwood wave would do. The reality is that at 3000 miles in a distance impact from Canada, that if this comet hit at 8 AM, by 2 PM, Canada to Manitoba could be submerged.
[IX.31] The trembling of earth at Mortara the tin island of St. George half sunk; drowsy with peace, war will arise, at Easter in the temple abysses opened
The tin island is Great Britain - where tin is mined, St. George is the patron saint of England. This quatrain specifies that during the war natural calamity will strike Britain. Earthquakes would strike it and sea water will flood a large area. It can be assumed from here that the floods (tidal waves) and earthquakes in Britain will result from the Comet striking the earth and as a result, Britain will be "half-sunk" i.e. all places except the highlands of Scotland.
This is the most in depth description of Wormwood and the events leading up to it and the aftermath. From my assessment from the Bible, this is in the period after the abomination at the Temple and the time before Christ appears at Armageddon. That would fit the August period perfectly as Christ fulfills the last High Days from September to December in the Year of His Return
[V.98] At the 48th degree of the climacteric, the end of Cancer there is a very great drought. Fish in the sea, river and the lake boiled hectic, Bearn & Bigorre in distress from fire in the sky
Another description of a fragment of the Comet falling near the 48th parallel during July/August. The intensity of heat of large burning fragments will boil the water of nearby sea, river and lakes. Burning comet pieces will rain down from the sky on the cities.
It will be the ultimate purpose of Faith as only God will deliver from this as those hiding in their doomsday bunkers will probably be crushed inside them. This is a most democratic of deaths and thee most undemocratic of God's deliverances of only those He favors.
