It was this dinosaur geezer who was giving a grumpy old Joe Biden impersonation in cutting off Department of Justice attorneys and yelling at them in going beyond the scope of his authority in rendering the Executive Order ending anchor babies or anyone born in America by invaders is an American and has a right to be equal to Americans, in expanding the 14th Amendment.

Either John Coughenour is senile being older than dirt or he has never read the respective rulings of the Supreme Court on Citizenship. The rulings are absolutely definitive in their Constitutional mandate. No one can just be born in the United States and be a Citizen. When one parent or both are still subjects to a foreign power, that would be Barack Hussein Obama, Kamala Harris and Ted Cruz, they can not just be birthed American as America has no jurisdiction over foreigners.

Sandford, 19 How. 393), and to put it beyond doubt that all persons, white or black, and whether formerly slaves or not, born or naturalized in the United States, and owing no allegiance to any alien power, should be citizens of the United States and of the state in which they reside. Slaughterhouse Cases, 16 Wall. 36, 83 U. S. 73; Strauder v. West Virginia, 100 U. S. 303, 100 U. S. 306. This section contemplates two sources of citizenship, and two sources only: birth and naturalization. The persons declared to be citizens are "all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof". The evident meaning of these last words is not merely subject in some respect or degree to the jurisdiction of the United States, but completely subject to their political jurisdiction and owing them direct and immediate allegiance. And the words relate to the time of birth in the one case, as they do to the time of naturalization in the other. Persons not thus subject to the jurisdiction of the United States at the time of birth cannot become so afterward except by being naturalized, either individually, as by proceedings under the naturalization acts, or collectively, as by the force of a treaty by which foreign territory is acquired

This is absolutely clear. No baby birthed in America, still a Mexican or Chinese or from Mars, can not become an America at birth and must then go through the legal process of Naturalization. This is the foundation of Birther Obama being illegitimate in his parents were not both American and he never was naturalized to become a politician. The Constitution explicitly states that ONLY NATURAL BORN or people with two American parents and born in American jurisdiction can only be President.

It is distressing to in this hour of peril which America faces to have this incompetent black robe, railing at US Attorneys who have more understanding of the Constitution than this old man does.

America has reached a point in this, that America has been invaded. America is in insurrection these foreign terrorists along with their enablers like this Judge Coughenour who have established a resistance to the Rule of Law. President Trump has rightly directed in under 90 days an Executive Branch ruling on the insurrection and invasion portion of the Constitution which will trigger the President's absolute Authority to defend and protect the Constitution and America. Once that ruling is enacted by Homeland, all of this absolutely changes in Judge Coughenour ranting from the bench, is no different than any Confederate insurrectionists in treachery and treason against the United States of America and the People, with the full legal consequences of being arrested by the Provost Marshal, imprisoned and charged with the worst crime of treason against the United States Government.

The Lame Cherry states absolute fact in this. The actions of President Abraham Lincoln in the same attacks upon America, unleashed the Executive Powers.
