I am stunned by this dog and pony show from Joe Biden in "pardoning" people like Anthony Fauci, Fag Milley and the Jan 6 Committee. The reason for my being stunned is on the DOJ website for applications for pardons.........this is what it states.
The President can grant a pardon to a person who was convicted in a United States District Court, the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, or a military court-martial. A pardon is an expression of forgiveness and can help eliminate some of the consequences of a conviction.
The legal definition is Joe Biden can not pardon anyone who has not first been convicted in court. This bullshit of his pardons before the event is absolutely illegitimate and Obama and illegal as his election theft.
This can not stand. This must be struck down. It must be challenged. It must be ignored. The first thing Pam Bondi as Attorney General must do is indict these people and haul them into courts.
The reason no one can pardon people before conviction, is because it is a license to crime. Put it this way in Biden could pardon Hunter for raping children, which he would rape in the future. There has to be a legal conviction first or it absolutely thwarts the justice system. Biden could pardon some assassin for murdering some enemy. It would give a president absolute power to all kinds of crimes to establish a dictatorship.
Donald Trump shrugging and saying that Biden pardoned some very bad people is not going to be accepted here as what Biden did is illegal. No one can pardon someone before they have been convicted.
This is bullshit and not the rule of law which Donald Trump promised.
