One never knows in this mindfuck which takes place in this staged theater of how aware actors are in their parts, but in reading the efforts undertaken by California Governor Newsom to thwart Federal Law is an action which goes beyond the criminal act. It activates the Constitution for the President.
California Governor Gavin Newsom is developing an ‘Immigrant Support Network’ in response to anticipated mass deportation policies by President-elect Donald Trump.
This network will provide legal aid and support to illegal aliens, including criminals, cartels, terrorists, and communists within California. He will stand in the way of federal immigration enforcement efforts.
The Founders wrote in time of invasion or insurrection (This is why that group kept mouthing off about insurrection on Jan6 as they had this all set up) that the right of legal redress or habeas corpus in a person coming before a Judge could be suspended.
President Abraham Lincoln for a time suspended this due to the insurrection which was taking place in the United States in states not upholding Federal Law.

Governor Newsom and his fellow travelers are taking a path which is one of legal jeopardy. The majority of other States in America, detest how California in their occupation of America in forcing expensive emission control vehicles on all of us so we can not afford a car, a home with their clean air standards and other contrivances which were meant to break the other States in their middle classes, and America under Donald Trump is ready to unplug form the California Junta. The mindset is there in these huge liberal states voting against the rest of America are alien, and the reality is that this bias is there, and when Newsom or the other fellow travelers of Pinko Provinces like New York and Illinois are dictating harmful polices, that when a Newsom begins plotting to overthrow Federal Law in an INVASION which is what the Constitution defines, then the Constitution affords the Executive full authority to suspend rights in those areas and arrest the leaders.
President Lincoln with democrat general, Benjamin Butler did such a thing in Maryland, and removed the culprits. Democrat Sec. of War Stanton, issued writs by the pile to arrest people who are at odds with the Government and threw them into prison. Most were tried in Military Courts as the civil courts were at odds too. In fact, the Federal DC Court was removed by Congress and President for being in sympathy with the insurrection.
So the reality is what Governor Newsom has already engaged in, is a violation of the Constitution. If these Trump Derangement Syndrome wokesters burn down some city, or when some woke Newson cops in California harm Federal Officers, all of this gets set into motion, and this time it is not an entire Democrat region like the South which was too big to deal with. It will be California and numerous other states with Homeland Director Kristi Noem just itching to send in the South Dakota National Guard to take over California, finding full support in the Republican Counties and ringing these Pinko Provinces for the Federal to arrest, detain and remove, even the insurrectionist leaders and replace them with loyalists.
This is all there. The wires are already being tripped. The public mood only needs to be brought to the point that they want to be liberated from this California dictatorship against Americans, and then the Constitution and full Authority come into action.
