In numerous ways, President Donald Trump is an echo of the Administration of President Abraham Lincoln. One of President Lincoln's greatest gifts to Americans and immigrant Americans was the signing of the Homestead Act which provided land for all those willing to work it.
In order to finance that future, President Abraham Lincoln had necessity to not be entrapped by the European money debt schemes which is why the Europeans instigated the American Civil War. For this President Lincoln, upon the urging of one of his friends, self funded the war with Lincoln Greenbacks or Promissory Notes. This was undertaken by Secretary of the Treasury Salmon Chase and his chief bond agent, Jay Cooke, who spanned out and sold millions of dollars each day to fund the war, to Americans who invested their savings in their United States.
I know that President Trump has his E currency reserve. I know he is in the process of cutting leviathon spending and is in the process of balancing the budget, and implementing tariffs to fund the Government function and removing the Income Tax from Americans who earn under 150,000 dollars a year, and is removing taxes on service tips of workers to removing paying taxes on Social Security benefits.
What I ask for consideration in this is a John F. Kennedy vision for America among the stars which President Trump and Elon Musk have spoken of for Americans. I will sum it up in a simple decree that I would hope the Trump Team would refine based upon the Homestead Act of President Abraham Lincoln.
Be it known, that the President of the United States, based upon the placing of American Flag and Research biotics first on the Moon, Mars and their moons, hereby decrees for Americans and their posterity the possession of these America bodies, as under the rule of international laws whereby America was once a possession of those from Spain, Norway, Russia, France and England who placed their flags here, to mandate that from this day forward, the Secretary of the US Treasury will embark on the Trumpstead Act, for Americans to invest in 160 acre plots of land upon the Moon, Mars and the Martian moons, as will be surveyed and gridded, for the promise that this land will be developed within 7 years of the opening of these lands for settlement.
Americans may purchase additional quarters, up to a section at 1000 dollars per quarter, with no individual or corporation owning more than 36 sections or one township.
Owning more than one section of land will invoke a graduated real estate tax per quarter of 1000 dollars per year, per section.For this Americans will own all rights to that property for development, including mineral, water and whatever future or unknown value which only Providence is aware of to bless the owner.
As in the Homestead Act, for the building of these properties, such sound development corporations, as the "railroads of Abraham Lincoln's day" will be granted one section of land for every 36 as cost beneficiary for their investing in the development of these lands. One section for every 36 will be held by the organized communities which appear for the funding of hospitals and schools.
To control speculation, these lands may not be traded, speculated upon, nor sold for 7 years. Mineral rights, water rights and future rights though may be sold within two years of possession, if the homestead owner has paid taxes upon that property from inception.
This the Trumpstead Act for Americans to reach for the stars and to grasp lands to hold for themselves and their posterity as the United States moves to the solar system and beyond to the stars for the Republican Governance of all free Peoples.

Jay Cooke for Lincoln's War, was receiving investments of 2 million dollars a day in 1863 AD in the year of our Lord. If this Trumpstead Act would be deemed worthy, the Lame Cherry would appreciate being a broker in this on the same scale as Mr. Cooke which the US Treasury provided for in the land transfers.
This will bring in trillions of dollars and I would believe President Donald Trump would guard this revenue to not have it ever spent or borrowed against for a perpetual funding next egg for Americans and allies.
Who would not want to own a piece of land on Mars, the Moon or the Martian Moons? To look up at the sky and tell their children and grandchildren, "You have land among the stars and one day you will build there because of what President Trump provided for us.".
This is an American venture which I hope the Trump Team will consider and rework for the legacy of President Donald Trump, like no other leader the world ever has produced by the Grace of God.
