The Russians believe that there is a Kiev London failsafe to stop peace from happening in Ukraine. The below mentioned objectives though are known and Zellinskyy just blew up children with London in Sumy, with zero effect on the world stage, except to expose the murderous plotters in London and Paris.
Several alternative scenarios are currently being considered. Among them is the explosion of a reactor at one of the Ukrainian nuclear power plants or the death of children from a "Russian missile strike."
Without commentary, just posting a link on what the objective of London and Kiev would be, to inflame the Europeans.

I do not quite comprehend how this would be blamed on Moscow as Kiev and London have been attacking their own and screaming Russia for 3 years, that it would be so much more crying wolf. Long game though, the disruption of the union would mean the control centering in other groups.
