Chair Jordan. We will start with opening statements, then
move onto our witnesses. The Chair now recognizes himself for
an opening statement.
Big government was colluding with big tech to censor
Americans. That is the first thing we learned. Now, it is big
government colluding with big banks and big business to spy on
everything Americans buy, every place they go, and everything
they do. Big government wants your financial data because it is
full of sensitive information about you.
Our investigation started when an FBI whistleblower, George
Hill, came forward and talked to the Committee. Mr. Hill was
supervisory intelligence analyst at the FBI in the Boston Field
Office. He told the Committee that the FBI got information from
Bank of America, specifically, it received a list of any
customer who made purchases in the Washington, DC, area January
5-7, 2021. The whistleblower's supervisor, Special Agent in
Charge of the Boston Field Office, Mr. Bonavolonta,
corroborated Mr. Hill's testimony when he spoke to the
Committee, and so did Steve Jensen, the FBI's Domestic
Terrorism Operations Section Chief. It wasn't just purchasing
data around the specific date that the FBI got from Bank of
America. That was actually also overlaid with any firearm
purchase at any time. How did the FBI get this information?
They asked for it, like you can see on the display, on the
screen here, the email that was sent. The FBI told Bank of
America to recap our morning call. We are prepared to action
immediately on the following threshold customers confirmed as
transacting business in Washington, DC, between these specific
dates.
So, if you are in Washington, DC, visiting your kids, maybe
visiting your aunt or maybe just a friend, the FBI wanted to
know about every single purchase you made. If you are a gun
owner, look out, you are going to the top of the list for
simply exercising your Second Amendment right, you are on the
FBI's target list. Never forget, the Federal Government got
this information without any process, no warrant, and frankly,
no notification. The bank didn't tell the customer that hey, we
are handing this information over to the FBI, the most powerful
law enforcement agency in the world.
These FBI agents, Mr. Hill, Mr. Bonavolonta, and Mr. Jensen
all said this was wrong and in fact, sent the information back
to FBI headquarters in D.C. So, that is how our investigation
began and we continue to investigate, but since then, we have
learned that the financial surveillance was broader and there
was actually a specific objective. Federal Government is
building profiles on the American people and the profile isn't
based on criminal conduct, it is based on political beliefs and
if you have got the wrong political beliefs, well, you are
potentially a domestic violent extremist.As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.
After all the hell I have been put through from the computer problems which began in the Clinton era for this child, the reprieve with Dick Cheney, and then the wholesale direct intimidation by the Obama criminals, (things actually got better under Joe Biden), the Lame Cherry like most Americans are very leery of any of these people who were engaged in this hunt down of Americans in abuse of power.
The current dust up, and I have as much concern over this cheerleader Mike Flynn and the DIA branches like Gayway Pundit, Jeff Rense who rants about this stuff, and those who are making accusations about people in Government without looking into the real information.
The focus this week has been Special Agent, Steven Jensen, one of the rock stars who came out of shit hole Mississippi and got to the big show in New York, Chicago and DC as a fellow traveler of the John Ashcroft express of Mueller, Comey and Wray.
Jensen was a focal point of January 6 and the hunt down which is concerning and more concerning is the reality that Director Patel has just named him as the DC head guy. I though put into bold a US Congress hearing in testimony from whistleblowers and the FBI itself, with Steven Jensen being mentioned where if you bothered to read it, the FBI had sent out orders, this would be Chris Wray to data mine Americans without warrants in Bank of America purchases in DC, and then melded this with ATF data on gun ownership, which red flagged innocent people for the FBI to put into their "list files".
In thee above, you can see that Jensen stated this information gathering was "wrong" and it was sent back with the other agents to DC. That does not exonerate Jensen as he never quit, he never asked a US Attorney on this evidence to file warrants for arrest of the FBI Agents who ordered this and carried out operations. He went along, like so many security agency people do from East Germany, the Soviet Union, Pyonyang, Tel Aviv, as the claim to just be following orders or they are protecting their own position to not end up in the Vaseline Prison.
Agent Jensen apparently knows his shit. It is a moment in time as with President Abraham Lincoln, in Lincoln had piles of Southern Sympathizers he had to have in government as if he arrested everyone who was a problem he would have had to arrest his wife and himself for Southern sympathies.
The problem in this is, which many people are focused on and not expressing is, allot of people had their lives destroyed. Allot of people died who are innocent by this abuse of power. Agent Jensen saying something was wrong is not coming to the aid of Americans who needed his protection and service.
I have a huge problem with the term "domestic terrorist". That is incorrect. We had protestors on Jan6 with FBI assets. We now have insurrectionists on the left with FBI and CIA minders stirring the pot. If Mr. Jensen focuses on insurrection and enforces the laws, that is his job for the rule of law. If though this culture of the FBI in framing people and sponsored domestic terrorism for budgets is something he is part of the culture, this is a bad appointment as he is not suited for the job.
Director Kash Patel now owns this. He has pissed off and he has ripped trust from people who are already deeply mistrusting Government for a reason of experience. This has hurt President Trump as the Rense Molotov Mob is screeching now with the DIA hub crying for attention and place at the table or power which is hindering the end of the globalists which is what the globalists want.
I would suggest that Director Patel get his ass into a listening session, haul in AG Pam Bondi who is now under fire for this appointment too, and make Agent Jensen, explain himself to prominent J6ers who got their lives destroyed, Gayway Pundit and the other people from the New York Post who are covering this, all with being cleared by President Trump, and Director Patel puts an end to this. It is going to be emotional, but as long as the ground rules are RESPECT in everyone gets heard and they sit there for how long this takes to get people to give this a chance, that is what needs to be done.
Steven Jensen might be a wonderful Agent, like the communists who helped Boris Yelstin from the KGB or the Nazis who helped America after Hitler left the bunker like the Japanese who helped rule Japan for America after the wars ended.
Kash Patel thinks Steven Jensen is a kosher guy like he thinks thousands of FBI Agents who came out of this hunt down are kosher too. We can not get rid of everyone, no more than Abraham Lincoln could. There is a mindset which is warped though as the FBI does not serve the law blindly, for the law is there to protect and serve the People first. The Lame Cherry does NOT IN THE LEAST want what was done to People on the Right, unleashed on the Americans on the Left, no matter who vile and obnoxious they are from the black robes in court to the panty pansies on the streets. There is due process and there is not weaponizing Government against people to destroy them financially. in trying to defend themselves. The point being I do not want Agent Jensen being part of a hunt down of American on the left and only saying that having files on people is wrong and returning them. Trading one abuse of power for another is not protecting and serving Americans.
Pam Bondi and Kash Patel have some tit suckers who are not on the sow, like Mike Flynn and some grunters like Jeff Rense who squeal no matter how full their bellies are. The DOJ and FBI now must be political in assure the public in meetings of decisions which have been made are not going to keep a cancer festering in the bowels of Government.
Yeah in hindsight, there should have been a listening group to speak with by Kash Patel who are Jan6 and their families to explain things to, and for these people to be the buffer. That is now playing catch up and I doubt Patel will stoop to that as even Dan Bongino has disappeared after all the cheering.
Only a fool blindly trusts any Government. I was willing to give people the benefit of the doubt. I now doubt what is going on, but I'm not going to go to the extreme of ruining a Steven Jensen the way the FBI ruined other people's lives. My unasked for advice is "FIX THIS AS YOU ARE THE PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE AND YOU JUST BROKE TRUST IN AMERICANS AGAIN".
