I would suggest that in this accord of peace which is in both nations interest, that Russia would agree to American commercial presence in Crimea. This should have been done before. Put America into Crimea, and on that Bridge, then let Kiev and London bomb Crimea and they will be bombing America. That is checkmate in this. A hands off of Russia must be established in writing with the qualifying remark that as long as Russia does not get to exuberant in Ukraine or in Europe, this is a Russian European matter, not a Russian American matter.
