To the United States, Zellinskyy wanted a patriot missile for every man boob photo he posted.
Thee Americans turned him down.
To Russia, in exchange for Moscow surrendering, he offered to post even more man boob photos he had just taken.
The Russians turned down Zellinskyy with the statement, " The Russian Federation has the real things and does not want pervy photos of a dwarf in lingerie."
