Meanwhile 3 snowstorms later..........

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

Last year, I had ordered some sprouted chestnuts and they came, and only two appeared after weeks as it was so HAARP cold in Grandpa's heated porch. In fact, some did not sprout until the summer sun......which in turned burned a number of them off in HAARP whatever.

So this year I ordered more sprouted nuts, but did not put them into individual pots as moving around over a dozen pots sucks and is a chore. So this time I decided on a hanging flower planter. I had peat moss from last year, so mixed that half and half with our soil as the instructions said nuts like to have their roots breathe a bit, so the moss would add loft.

I got the soil too wet, so just put the nuts on top and covered as you see with peat moss.

We had temps in the 60's. Temps in the teens. We had snow. We had rain. We had drought, but I had these bagged up in a white garbage bag on my desk for weeks and forgot about them. Finally decided to check and as you can see I had a complete sprout growth and they got leggy.

They will not get window sunshine to stop the leggy stuff and when it gets over this last snow storm from HAARP at the end of March........when I'm posting this, they will move into individual pots.

This is really apparently the way to grow the sprouts. The seeds in fact sent up multiple stems from each nut. They said the temp should be 70 to 80 degrees and as the thermostat in the house is set at 68 degrees, the furnace warms to 72 degrees and gets to almost 80 before it turns off, that is the temperatures these babies liked.

I'm most pleased about his result as I have vigorous and healthy plants. Enough now for a forest.

Thanks be to God.
