What cunning Zellinskyy must have to discern for the stability of his country only trusted dog catchers as this nefarious lot would truly rise on Russia's side as we all know that dogs are keenly pro Russian and must be captured and destroyed. *SATIRE

The CEC of Ukraine has officially announced that local elections will not be held this year.
