Kiev though is currently replacing the Prime Minister which the Constitution states must be elected, no matter what.

Donald Trump was WRONG for every appearing with dictator Zellinskyy, was wrong for ever signing anything with that illegitimate thug and is WRONG in pissing on the United States Founders as disregarding Rule of Law in Ukraine, enslaves those people and tarnishes all America is.
