The Europeans helped Zellinskyy hide his money laundering operation to them. In effect von der Leyen is having Ukraine steal American aid packages, selling them, and then having the money go into European banks where the money will be used to buy 600 billion dollars more in the US economy. Sorry I don't quite get how America giving money to Europe to buy more control of the US economy is some great deal for Americans.
