So the BBC says it is 95,000 dead and the think tanks says it is 200 to 250 thousand dead. In history, all hell broke loose in the United States in 10 years of war in Vietnam with 65,000 dead Americans. The question then is, if Moscow is killing off a quarter of a million Russians, and three quarters of a million Russians are wounded, that is an immense number to hide. It was not like Tucker Carlson in Moscow was tripping over one legged men or traffic was blocked by endless funeral parades.
The statement that these are Eastern Federation dead and not Moscow, would as in America in the Vietnam era, cause a revolt against Moscow in that many kids dead and wounded. The data we are being fed, does not match reality or any evidence.
Evidence is Moscow agreeing to exchange 6000 dead Ukrainians for 6000 dead Russians. Not all Russians killed ended up behind the Ukraine lines, but 6000 dead is not 200,000 dead.
The BBC is probably a bit high in their estimates of Russian dead, but the Maestro of Wagner Group indicated he had gone through about 25,000 prisoners from Russian jails in the operation he was conducting for 2 years. One can recall Russell Bentley, the American transplant to Donbass, raped and murdered by Russian troops who mistook him for the enemy, never indicated in the heavy fighting that there were piles of dead Russians in the thousands laying around.
To the reality check here, Russia had in operation around 160,000 troops in line and support in Ukraine. We are being told to believe that Russia in 4 years, had wiped out their army in Ukraine 5 times and replaced them. That is just for killed Russians. If it included the wounded in this supposed data, Russia obliterated it's Ukraine force TEN TIMES OVER and replaced it.
When one analyzes the numbers presented, the bullshit meter goes off.
The numbers are in reality to population is that 1 in 147 Russians have been killed or wounded. No society with as much freedom of the press as Russia has, could absorb that rate without a sound of protest.
To analyze this further, Russia in this military operation in Ukraine reached a peak maximum of what the population could produce and replace for this war. That was around 200,000 Russians which were conscripts. The Russian main battle divisions of the north were never engaged in this operation. This was draftees and volunteers. With attrition Russia has maintained that strength, BUT it was short in manpower which is why the North Koreans were asked to send troops in back up operational security and support. Once those those 10,000 troops filled the gap last autumn in support positions, the Russian military has remained constant and in fact has expanded on this 1000 mile front.
North Korea is talking about injecting 30,000 more support troops. That indicates Russia is requiring for an August offensive, the freeing up of 30,000 Russian soldiers for maneuver.
If Russia had the wounded and dead in theory which was published, North Korea would have more troops on the back lines than there are troops in the Russian operation at 250,000.

Oryx's data analyzed by independent Russian outlet Agentstvo found that Russia had 695 units of equipment, destroyed, damaged, abandoned or captured in October.
