See there is a thing called Albany New York. That thing is where the State Capitol is of New York State. States are amazing things in they have a Constitution and every municipality, county, city, town and village, HOME has to submit to the laws of that state as long as they do not override federal Constitutional Law.
So Zip here can talk about seizing production, but that is all he can do is talk. The State of New York governs what is owned and managed by the state. Some states like North Dakota have a flour mill, but Fargo did not seize some business there and steal it and start it's own flour mill. So New York City can not seize.......I have no idea what New York City has........say Wall Street for example. Zip can not send in the coppers and seize all the stocks for New York City, because it is not in his authority and he can not steal other people's property, or Albany or DC start appearing with state or federal police.
As I stated, this is all Walk the Dog. A city can regulate things locally, providing it does not interfere with Constitutional Rights. The same as States.
Some things Jew York City Mayors can do......providing the local government affirms it as they answer to the People as the Legislative branch. They can do rent control, but up to a point. Meaning, the city can cap rents from being too high, but they can not force a building owner to house people for nothing, because he has bills, including city taxes. No government can interfere with the right to make a living which is not exploiting others.

Food stamps are government run grocery stores. There is all kinds of daycare subsidies to get vaginas into the work force and away from their children. Some of these things are dreams but the reality in all of this is that the reason New Yorkers all live in Connecticut, the Jews moved to Jersey, is because it costs too much to live in Jew York City. Go after billionaires and they will pack up and leave to Florida like piles of dead old New Yorkers have littered graveyards in Florida for a generation.
These kind of policies have appeared in numerous places, and what you get are super wealthy, who are protected by the police state, a mongrel class who is fed the scraps and profited off of and an entire city which begins falling down as there is not money to fix things and mongrels shit in the streets and in corners of rooms.
Personally, I hate New York City. Only thing worse is California, not as bad is Chicago, but what is coming to New York City is the mirror of Detroit. It is what happens when you make computer cars, too expensive for the public, and the working people leave, you get a shit hole.
This is the same shit that Obama was doing. Same things the Clintons ran on. If this was a national candidate.....yeah Obama was a ruin to America. If this thing got nuts in California then we would have more of that shit from California moving into American States and causing a crisis, but as this is Jew York City, this is a walk the dog. It is just as sideshow which affects none of us, who have not already been assaulted by New York shit moving into our virginal areas.
