I suspect that Dear Leader in this 30,000 deployment to hone his army for work against South Korea if the need arises, has a group which will be deployed in another strategic role in this Russian offensive.

Russia already has one operational group of former Ukrainian Soldiers who are fighting against Kiev in the field. There are indications that the attrition model in killing the Uke army is completed to the rotten core. Military necessity will then move to maneuver and the option is a full front crushing attack or pincer movements trapping the remnants of the Kiev war machine.
Donald Trump can see what is taking place and is not sending any more American money to be wasted in Ukraine. He is preparing for this bits and pieces of Ukraine which America will profit off of, with NATO as the money gatherer.

Thus completes the forced retreat of Kiev to the Sumy - Pervomaisk line and the partition of Ukraine is complete.
Germany stupidly sends Taurus missiles to Kiev which attacks Russia, Russia smashes the German manufacturing, Germans vote no confidence and Hitler Lite is kaput, and America then gets an ally in Germany, Germans build the Russian mines in Ukraine with American finance and profit, and we have peace.
