I was attempting like most in this gun and ammunition shortage scam to purchase some 410 shotgun shells. I want #4 shot and trying to find any loads is impossible. Somehow I found a search link to Remington ammunition, which took me to the ammo I wanted.
I filled out the order, was ready to pay, when suddenly I got an age verification demand. Scheels another outdoor site pulls the same shit and I quit buying from them
I politely asked Remington if there was some other way to order, like phoning in, but all I received in reply was this shit below which made me as a customer feel degraded.
I put the essence of what is going on to warn all of you to not agree to these age verification sites. To put it this way, in a world where every internet site is about going bankrupt, how is it these sites just popped up and are making money? That tells me this is something being generated out of the government, probably the FBI to keep more records on people, because you are willingly handing over information which his personal and confirming that you are buying ammo or firearms.
Pay attention to the explanation of they say Photo ID, that means your DRIVER'S LICENSE which in numbers of states has your Social Security Number on it and at least your license number which is gold. Put it this way, every invader would pay dearly to have your license reprinted and their face put on it as making them American.
It is bullshit saying the information is stored on a non internet server. There are still people accessing it, same people who will steal things and sell them to counterfeiters
It is bad enough that Remington is storing your name, date of birth and location, because that information is gold. It will open, OPEN most of your emails which can open your emails in there from your banks, social security and whatever.

I shut it down as Discover is very good at protecting clients, but this was a secure server, and I know damn certain that a person at this ammo store, stole my data off their computers and resold it.

So this private server stores all your data. There is a clever ruse here from Remington in it says your photo ID is not automatically stored. That could mean they are manually stored. The question is in this is your photo is said to be deleted.........but this private server is storing something, your private data.
That sounds to me like what is going on is your photo ID is transcribed for private information, your Social Security, vitals and license number. Now as you have been verified, and Remington has that confirmation, and your address, date of birth and name, then why is your golden information being stored by a vendor serving Remington, unless it is paid for by the government.
I will NEVER buy Remington ammunition again ever. My rights will not be infringed. There is a reality of the Whites are being erased, and the fact is Blacks, Mexicans, and Chinamen do not buy ammo for hunting. Extorting for money by these ammo and gun fronts is the current reality, but it is soon enough these companies will disappear, because they can not keep fucking with consumers like Woke Bud Lite as the market share is smaller.
You won't sell me things without my private information. Fine, I will keep my information and you go bankrupt on your ammo shortages.
