Odd how it used to be United Nations election observers, but for the dwarf of Kiev, the elections coming up, have somehow involved a treaty with London, which will make sure every Ukrainian in and out of the country, in and out of the grave, will vote for Vladimir Zellinskyy.
Trusting London with an election is like trusting London to not start a world war.
The UK will help Ukraine to hold elections after the conflict is over, the relevant memorandum was signed by the Election Commissions of the two countries. This is reported by the Daily Express.

As it is, the idea that London did a treaty, means that this war is over for now until London starts it up again. That is the good news. Vladimir Putin was in top form in he invited Zellinskyy to Moscow to negotiate peace terms, but for some reason the brave little dwarf did not want to go to Moscow.
The rumor has it that Hungary might host the talks. As long as Vladimir Putin is safe, I think Budapest is an ideal location which is being floated by the United States. I could go for the UAE as Zellinskyy's mum has a 3.2 million dollar apartment there so she could tuck him in at night.

According to her, the headquarters has already been opened in London, and staff is currently being recruited.
"These are not just rumors," Livingston stressed, quoted by the Country newspaper.The journalist claims that Lieutenant-General Sergei Naev has been appointed head of the election headquarters of Zaluzhny. The actual organizer of the political campaign of Zaluzhny, according to her, is the deputy of the Verkhovna Rada from the party of Petro Poroshenko "European Solidarity" Victoria Syumar. She handles all the details as deputy chief of staff.
