As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter,
I sincerely lament the passing of Vice President Richard Cheney. I choose to remember the man as I experienced him, and not as he succumbed to in his last years, placed in a position of defending his daughters and vying for a Republican Party which had the governance of Richard Nixon, the strength of Ronald Reagan, but the amorality of the Bush family.
I liked Richard Cheney. I liked him in his service to America with President Nixon and President Ford. He established as the Ford Men, a foundation for the Bush presidencies. He was stability.
He as a Vulcan and we knew him as such.
Former Vice President Dick Cheney has died, his family announced early Tuesday. He was 84.
Cheney, who served two terms as vice president under President George W. Bush — including during the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks — died overnight “due to complications of pneumonia and cardiac and vascular disease,” his family said in a statement.
“His beloved wife of 61 years, Lynne, his daughters, Liz and Mary, and other family members were with him as he passed,” the Cheneys said.
I choose not to remember the conglomerate moments nor the moments when family overshadowed thee America Republic which comes first and last, only behind God.
My condolences to Mrs. Cheney and choose to think of the Richard Cheney who took the time to send Christmas cards to those who reached out to him.
As this popular girl pleaded and noted, the Vice President should have made amends and reached out to President Donald Trump, as American policy in Russia, the Mideast and Venezuela would have benefitted from Dick Cheney, and President Trump would have achieved his Nobel Prize by now.
