Forewarned is not Forearmed

As another Lame Cherry exclusive in matter anti matter.

As I type this it is HAARP storm Sabbath day killing Easter Sunday, as it is 40 degrees and still snowing. Yes HAARP is anti Christ too.

The project as I have written previously is replacing the psycho wood on a Mossberg 500 E in 410 which all are in 410 so that is redundant.

I ordered the replacements online which were used, and above you can see while the portion that involved the stock fit like a saddle on a sow, this forearm is longer than the original one.

Am waiting to see how this plays out on Ebay, as I'm not sending it back, and in the thinking mode, as I do not want a pile of Mossberg chit laying around here. I will go on record I hate Mossbergs for the cheap ass chit they are and I would prefer a Turkish cheap home gun that goes Remington than this thing.

Anyway, I told TL that maybe I can strip the black paint off, as that is what this is, black fricking paint, but it will probably be stained black and then I will have a satin finish of black wood, like putting Obama in a snow bank and you get the same thing as before.

I could probably wander around online at Numrich for a part, as in all this digging, I remembered someone was complaining about these forearms do not all match in some are longer like the one I got and some are shorter in the one I have.

I could chisel the thing in nigger rigging it, but not kind of wanting to do that either. So we are in the thought mode and the lesson that all projects are not like greased pigs in getting done.

On these Mossbergs you have to have the safety OFF to put the trigger assembly back into place. You have to have it ON to remove the shell lifter.

Another thing as you can see in the picture I have the slide tube off. That has a nut on it, which has a cut on each side. Someone wrote they made a wrench for it out of some metal water pipe, but not like I'm going to be making a career out of that and I would probably lose the wrench thing or like things when the mother was still above ground, she would steal things I made as they looked so handy for her fricking stupid projects.
I used a metal spoon handle across the nut and a pliers in the middle and it turned. That thing does not like coming off for the first few turns.

I also mixed up the two arms that do something with shells I think. Took a bit on that one as I made a point to not mix them up.......and did anyway. One has a nipple on it so once you know that you know which side that one goes as they are not interchangeable.

I did get the gun cleaned though. Still had Mossberg grease sludge in it, as it had never been taken apart. Still have that stink on my hands even after Dawn dishwashing soap. That is what showers and washing hair is for.

So the gun is unique in a coon forend and a satin finish cheap ass wood on back. Seriously I don't know what the hell Mossberg has under that black paint as it does not look like any kosher wood. More like some chit pine or something.  I just know the mother stripped a dresser with some malmack or something on it, and it is still black as toby's but now with a nice gloss finish.

At least if someone steals this gun or it ends up in a pile of other wandering guns I will be able to find it, as now it looks like a gun from two worlds, psycho and norm.

Might just end up leaving it as dead things don't have much to say about gun glam in they are dead. Who knows I might start a new trend as people tend to copy all the things I do.
