I honestly do not have the answer as to why HAARP constantly puts the moisture into South Dakota as a bullseye.
Rest of the country dried out in 2025, but um Dakota was flooded. Same pattern is starting in 2026.
This late April storm gushed out of San Francisco in a water jet, specifically for this purpose. Is the basic late November to March blizzard low pressure storm system generated. Will drag cold air south, but the sun is so warm now, it will heat things up again in the north plains, but these are not massive water dumps for the east coast.
This is puzzling.
