Well if turban heads play chess and British assists play intrigue, it seems that President Trump and Sec. of War Hegseth play poker as it should be played.
The War Powers Act is a Congressional power grab on the Executive as they are too pussy to take responsibility for their putting American in danger. The 60 day limit is up today, so Sec. of War Hegseth told Congress the day before that all hostilities with Iran are finished.
This in turn resets the entire clock for 2 months for President Trump to rectify the Tehran situation. The turban heads never counted on that no more than the Hal sounding London smart in foreign policy.

Israeli TV Channel 12 is reporting tonight that:
"Israel is preparing to officially announce the collapse of negotiations with Iran."
This comes after Secretary of War Pete Hegseth Officially notified Congress during his testimony on The Hill today, that the conflict with Iran, which began on February 28, is "terminated."
That provides the Trump Administration with one day before the War Powers Resolution would require a 60 day request to Congress to approve further military action with Iran.
By notifying Congress today the hostilities are "terminated" there is nothing for Congress to vote on! It's "over."
Then, maybe tomorrow, Israel comes out and publicly says the talks with Iran have "collapsed." Which opens the door to "new" military hostilities the next day MAYBE?????? Which resets the 60 day War Powers Act!!!!! They get to start it all over again for another 60 days.
As this blog lone stated, President Trump has turned his Jewish Problem into a Jewish solution. The elders of Tel Aviv will do something to get this moving. Same with the reality that the Tehranians are already engaged in cyberwarfare against the people who offed Khemenei.
