There is this old guy in his 70's living north of Moscow, and apparently it is beyond Egypt in remoteness, so he was enterprising for an old fart, in there being only one road, he put up a toll both, a locked gate and a road to charge people to drive on this road.
People complained about this, the authorities checked and all was found kosher, but people were pissed off about all of this toll charging.
