Our Heavenly Father, hear us in Jesus Name. We come to You to ask You to return Jesus quickly to rule this world.
We look out at the brokenness of our nations, the injustice that thrives in the dark, and the weariness of Your creation, and our souls cry out for the true King. We long for the day when the government shall rest upon His shoulders, when every knee shall bow, and every tongue shall confess His righteous authority. Bring a swift end to the reign of human greed, corruption, and tyranny, and establish Your eternal kingdom of perfect justice, righteousness, and truth right here on the earth.
While we wait for that glorious appearing, keep our lamps burning bright and our hearts pure. Shake awake those who are sleeping, strengthen Your church to stand bold in the wilderness, and let Your gospel reach the ends of the earth. Let the hope of His sudden return be the anchor that keeps us steadfast through these final hours, knowing that the morning is coming and Your victory is absolute.
