Rivers in Germany are dry. The reason is it is not raining as the Swiss meister explains. Rivers require melt off or a spring or you have a dry gulch. All that water draining in America is destroying the acquifers and once that is done, then no water in the springs or creeks. The Mississippi is not jack shit without the springs from Minnesota.
If German rivers are dry, it means there was either not snow in the mountains, for run off, or it means that some land rapist has drained the swamps and sloughs in Germany making the springs go dry, or it means an extension of both in no rain means no puddles in shallow springs so they can not bubble up to feed the rivers.
