The immediate analysis of the air crash in Florida of the Lame Cherry is proving correct. I will put this plainly, flying in a flight simulator is not the same as a real air situation.

In that disturbing end of life video series one can hear this is a young woman. We still have no idea why the pilot was not heard but most likely was busy, entering commands into an unresponsive computer auto pilot.
Flight simulators are ok, but are never the education to real flying. When things go right in a flight, anyone can fly a plane. When things go wrong it takes a pilot with experience like Chuck Yeager to not end up a splat on the ground.
I had once considered if I were rich what I would do in travel, and what my research found was I could like allot of rich people do, is lease a share in a jet to fly around, where you get so much time for you hundred thousand dollars. That is what Rush Limbaugh did in his fictional EIB 1. Most people are not like Donald Trump or John Travolta to be able to buy a jet to fly around in on their own, so you get these rent a jets.
With the jab in most pilots, you have that going on and you have a number of people in cockpits who should not be there when things go south. This is not blaming this woman, this is just a fact of life and death. You can ask yourself, would you if you got on a plane rather have an Air Force B 52 pilot with 30 years flying time or this woman from a flight simulator?
You can guess when Citizen Trump flew around in his 737 that he had old men with experience and not pretty young things like he chooses as lawyers. When your real life is on the line, you choose what keeps you alive.
I cringe when I read quotes like the one below.

Yes you have 9 passengers, got ice and turbulence, but let us instead text our boyfriend as that is what matters.

Unfortunately a number of people are dead now, as proof in why one does not see two pilots under 21 years of age in commercial jets. She learned the hard way. Some planes are unforgiving and turn you into things families never can bury as there is nothing left.
This returns now to the first assessment now that the rest was proven. We had HAARP global weather and why this jet's auto pilot got it into a situation which it's flight simulator pilots could not get it out of.
There are old pilots. There are bold pilots. There are no old bold pilots.
Florida proves that again.
