Separation of Obama and State

The progressives of the United States have long espoused to legal certainty of the ramifications of not mixing Church and State. They have cut off funding for Christian education and busing using taxpayer funds:

Everson v. Board of Education, 330 US 1 (1947) seminal case United States Supreme Court in the Establishment Clause law of the United States.

The Establishment Clause is that the United States Government is forbidden from establishing a religion as a state religion.
This has entailed by the Supreme Court and other jurisdictions to mean no Christmas Trees, no 10 Commandments Displays, no baby Jesus, no mention of God and no praying in schools or in government meetings.

The ACLU will back this up completely.

School prayer was struck down in:

Wallace v. Jaffree, 472 US 38 (1985), United States Supreme Court involving the issue of school prayer.

These laws are based upon Thomas Jefferson's oft quoted by liberals in:

"Believing with you that religion is a matter which lies solely between Man & his God, that he owes account to none other for his faith or his worship, that the legitimate powers of government reach actions only, & not opinions, I contemplate with sovereign reverence that act of the whole American people which declared that their legislature should "make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof", thus building a wall of separation between Church & State."

With additional follow up from James Madison the framer of the United States Constitution concerning the separation of Church and State.

"no man shall be compelled to frequent or support any religious worship, place or ministry whatsoever, nor shall be enforced, restrained, molested, or burthened in his body or goods, nor shall otherwise suffer on account of his religious opinions or beliefs; but that all men shall be free to profess, and by argument to maintain, their opinion in matters of religion, and that the same shall in no wise diminish, enlarge, or affect their civil capacities"

The Supreme Court of Wisconsin would issue these damning lines on the necessity of keeping all religion from all public functions from school to government.

"There is no such source of strife, quarrel, fights, malignant opposition, persecution, and war, and all evil in the state, as religion. Let it once enter our civil affairs, our government would soon be destroyed. Let it once enter our common schools, they would be destroyed." Supreme Court of Wisconsin, Wiess vs. District Board, (March 18, 1890)

In noting the above manifestations by liberals in vehement tones to absolute laws, there arises the question of could an Ayatollah of the Muslim faith be elected President when his mandate was to exchange current American law for a philosophy America could trust in?

Could a Pope of the Catholic faith be elected President if his platform was to exchange current American law for a philosophy America could trust in?

Could a Hindu Priest or for that matter a Jewish Messiah be elected President if his mandate was to exchange current American law for a philosophy America could believe in?

This is thee issue of this election which Phil Berg, Judge Surrick and other liberal types have not brought into the judicial conversation in there is an Establishment Clause linked to the 1st Amendment of the United States concerning religion which forbids the mixing in the least of religion and secular government.

On absolute Constitutional grounds from the Supreme Court laying the framework much to Conservatives chagrin, there exists absolute disqualifications that Barack Hussein Obama, who has cultivated the title "messiah" for himself, has accepted it's rank with his name from the media such as NBC to his backers with websites, to the inclusion that his own church is one of the manifestation of Latin Marxism for black Americans in the Black Liberation movement which he has incorporated into his messiahship, all disqualify Barack Hussein Obama on Constitutional grounds that the United States can not elect a religion nor it's messiah representative to the office of President of the United States.

Matt Lauer of NBC stated the following to Barack Obama and Barack Obama did not contradict him:

"People have called you "The Savior," "The Messiah," "The Messenger of Change." The expectations have been raised to such a level. Some people say you're partly responsible because of your confident attitude. If you are, as you just say, lucky enough to be elected the next president are you going to have to consciously manage expectations, during the first several months of your administration?

Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam, a strong supporter of Barack Hussein Obama is on record stating, "When Barack Obama talks, the messiah is absolutely speaking".

In all of the above, Barack Obama is disqualified as his religion states he is the agent of change in a Marxist based doctrine or the messiah of revolution people can believe in.
There is no difference in this message of "believe" is "faith". Barack Obama has set himself up as a religion and religious head in a secular medium of the US government where the Constitution expressly forbids such.

Campaign finance laws have been absolutely violated to almost a billion dollars as Barack Obama has taken donations in mixing this religion he heads with a solely secular enterprise of the Office of the President of the United States.

Progressives have built this wall extremely carefully over the past 120 years and Barack Obama is in clear violation of it. He is guilty of the high crime of sedition as his stated change is to change the United States government and overthrow it's principles for a belief, faith or religious system the messiah Obama has written down.
It is highly legally relevant that Mr. Obama delivered his religion on a mountain in Denver, with Temple pillars behind him for effect expressly noting this is a religious order he will implement in his running for office.

Chuck Baldwin who is also a member of the clergy of another party, if he was speaking of a conversion of the United States government for health care where all hospitals would have to sprinkle holy water as treatment would be in as direct violation of Constitutional law as the expressed policies of Barack Obama.

James Madison's words ring clear in this. Barack Obama can not "compel a citizen to support any ministry in his body or goods".

A ministry is the action by one person or a group of people carrying out a specific set of ordinances or codes.
That would entail an entire political platform as assigned by Barack Hussein Obama.

Simply put, Barack Hussein Obama if elected can not serve as he is a religion and if he dares to serve, he is in violation of Constitutional law and guilty of sedition the moment he and a Democratic Congress attempt to implement one law, finding or reform.

This will be a Constitutional crisis which the Judicial will be required to arrest and removed all those involved.

If it devolves from the Federal not executing it's Constitutional oaths to protect the Constitution, then it will be placed on the individual 50 United States to take up impeachment proceedings to remove the entire criminal element and seek new elections and new appointments, placing whatever executive officer is in line of succession not guilty of sedition.
That very well could be, as messiah Obama will only have loyal religious followers in the executive and Congressional Democrats, House Republican leader John Boehner of Ohio.

Progressives constructed this wall all the way from Democrat Thomas Jefferson who started out only as Congress would not make a national religion. More liberals in the courts and Congress though have built a massive legal wall which has now encompassed everything Barack Obama is in his own religion.
Bill Clinton in his "New Covenant" was intelligent enough in that sacrilege to drop that title as it is religious and continued his political tenure.

Barack Obama though can not drop being the messiah as he is the Marxist based religion. He has not corrected Matt Lauer, Louis Farrakhan has noted him as such and his entire dogma is religion.
There are no exceptions to this of no Muslims, no Christians, no Hindu, no Jews, but only Barack Obama can establish his religion. It is all religion and Barack Obama is disqualified on being a religion as he can not mix himself with the government of the United States.
