While the world focuses on the growing numbers of Obama crimes mounting up (We now are told that Jesse Jackson jr. was a stooge reporting to the FBI which should endear him to the entire black community in being an informant.), no one has mentioned a word about the Obama adjoining property in what that crowning glory means literally.Part of what is missing here is the "easement" factor most property owners have no idea exists.
In most localities, like Chicago having a cow kicking a lantern which burns down a city, there are easements. It protects your house from some idiot buying a lot next to you and building on the property line, so when his house burns down your home doesn't burn up as the idiot built too close to you.
In the Rezko situation, this is key as Obama would never sign an easement so a dubba wide could be placed next to his mansion. It could not be done for safety or property value sake.
That is what is the worst criminality in this as this was a felony bribe of Obama which Patrick Fitzgerald and the FBI have been deliberately sidestepping. Obama just didn't get his mansion with an extension, he obtained the entire property, under value, without having to have had to pay taxes on it for the time his name is or is not on the title.
That is an extremely hefty sum of cash and as noted it is income that should be taxable by the IRS as one is benefiting from someone else paying for property which is of benefit to you.
In fact, the Rezko property is a cash drain and if no easements were ever signed, it would mean they would eventually default on it and as is the case in most cities they would simply contact the adjacent landowner who would then pick it up for taxes. That too in this scheme is a huge financial boon for Barack and Michelle Obama, let us not forget this is their property and both of these people are involved in a very shady kickback or bribery that is still costing taxpayers money by undervalued home sales and the degraded value of the Rezko property.
To literally obtain a several hundred thousand dollar lot for taxes, and then by joining that lot to your home, which would increase it's value from a million dollars to a million and a half dollars is something every homeowner in America would just love to have the opportunity to do.
There are felonies galore in the Rezko Obama land swindle and Chicago, US Attorney, FBI, County Property Assessment, Bank Auditors and the IRS should be all over this as the bottom line is American citizens are being cheated out of tax revenues by the degraded property value which funds our schools and rebuilds our streets.
Barack Obama is indeed guilty of all of the above and when he sells his mansion to move into the White House, he will leave Chicago and a soon to be mansion owner with a degraded property which benefited him alone while numerous people suffered from Obama getting the money for the loan and their not getting the money to as stated above tax revenues in jeopardy due to the Obama land swindle degrading property values.
These are white collar crimes which plague the United States and Obama is a focal point of them. In an example which makes me furious I saw 2 Obama voters today in another swindle. Both of these people were driving brand new cars. I could see they had brand new coats. I could tell by their appearance that they were about as sick as a healthy 20 year old and yet in both of their cars was that "disabled" tag.
I know people who are disabled and you know what they get from the government?
Nothing.
They get told they didn't work enough quarters for Social Security. The reason they didn't work enough was because they were sick.
They get told they are too rich as instead of spending money on new televisions and trips they scrimped hoping the money they saved in a few thousand dollars wouldn't be have to be used for their coffin.
The get told to come in and run up doctor bills on a payment plan when they do not have any income.
Those are the American people who served this nation the best they could. They have never asked for a thing or been a burden to anyone, but when they are disabled they are penalized for trying to not be a burden to anyone.
They get nothing for being honest and Christian, except told to hook up to a plough and plough until they drop again in pain.
There is an old west adage that a white person would ride a horse with a whip until they dropped and leave them. A Mexican would come along and whip that horse up and ride it another month until it dropped. Then an Indian would come along and whip that horse up and ride it for a few weeks until it dropped over dead.
America has reached the point where good people are being rode to death when they are disabled and sick, because the communist system which is now in place in America has everyone chained to working for benefits until one drops and then so mind warped being thankful this system treats people like dirt while Obama type voters are driving around in new cars, wearing new clothes, healthy as horses getting "disability" checks.
That is why this system is costing the ruin of America as millionaires like Barack Obama are getting home loans for mansions. The same loans could have bought 12 homes for poor people who really needed a place instead of a slum, but no they instead get shoved into some shelter because "you have to be in the system to play the system".
All of these white collar crimes are raping a nation of people who really need help and will receive none, because when they attempt to gain it, it isn't like some medical show like House where they treat you. Nope, the hospital won't let you in and you die in the snow on some bench.
Try calling Social Security and you will get some screeching woman following protocols telling someone who can barely stand they are too healthy and someone who has a few thousand dollars they are too wealthy to get any assistance.
America has become a nation of paupers and invalids being told they are rich and healthy.
Patrick Fitzgerald isn't going to do a thing about this Obama criminal fraud as he is part of the system. He played the game to be a lawyer, got himself the job to be a US Attorney, and now he makes the big bucks, pays in the big bucks, has his retirement bucks, medical insurance and can like all of these people...........SNEER, and look with contempt at the poor and destitute as not measuring up.
Sure they pass bills in Congress and make big ceremonies, but tell me just what any good of this Franklin Roosevelt to Lyndon Johnson vote scam to buy poor votes has done one dollars worth of good for people who really need a break in life?
Patrick Fitzgerald can not even comprehend the real world as he has never experienced being shut out of the system he is in. He can not comprehend one iota of the criminal nature of Barack Obama as Patrick Fitzgerald doesn't have to stand in line waiting for a poison injected turkey Obama is handing out while those families go home to some slum, because Barack Obama is sitting with all their loans in his mansion.
Try being humiliated, degraded, sick and told you are not sick enough, destitute and told you are not poor enough, looked down, hope doused with an icy Lake Superior buck of cold water on a 20 below day as you see people who are milking the system being protected by some US Attorney not figuring out the crimes against humanity being broken here.
Try it Mr. Fitzgerald and maybe a pile of laws being broken will start popping out of those law books you like to show judges in just how smart you are.
Piles of laws being broken and the real culprits investigate themselves and announce to the world they are innocent.
