Governor Val Kilmer, Republican Candidate

Val Kilmer is a Ralph Nader Democrat who wants to be Governor of New Mexico.

So the question is why would Conservative Lame Cherry be advocating that Mr. Kilmer who has an inclination to be liberal, instead seek out the Republican nomination?
The answer lies in Mr. Kilmer himself who I personally like.

Even if his marriage to Joanne Whalley, the British actress did not work out, he proved he had great taste in women. His roles have always been some of the greatest crafted in acting in interpreting characters and the writer's lines.
Often enough, I quote Doc Holiday as portrayed by Val Kilmer to make points in the facts of life.

Here though will be the great shocker. Ralph Nader actually has some good points concerning American industry and the need to husband resources on the planet. Val Kilmer has a 6000 acre ranch in New Mexico so he knows coyotes kill livestock and wildlife. He is a mix of all his acting characters and a man who with the correct debate fit more into the Republican party any day of the week than the Democrats who are currently attempting to submerge his candidacy for another Nancy Pelosi governor as they smear him.

Long ago in a Playboy article Kurt Russell who starred with Kilmer made a telling statement about how anyone in life should conduct themselves. He said, "When I go into interviews, I always will lie in them. That way when some reporter comes back and hammers me on something I say, "I didn't say that".
Then when they pull out the quote to show I said that, I say, "Oh yeah, but I was lying when I said it".
That is how one conducts oneself with liars as they never deserve the Truth and will only use your own words against you. Sounds a great deal like the attacks that go on here.

So Val Kilmer can rattle on some Hollywood nonsense about him being able to portray a Vietnam Vet better than a Vet, because all Vets are dregs stuck into the mix..........information he gets from hanging around with Oliver Stoned types too often, but the point is Mr. Kilmer with a good shotgun buddy to tell him he is full of crap would mould his virtues into a Republican candidate who would easily win in New Mexico.

This entire Clint Eastwood, Mel Gibson, Kurt Russell, Tom Selleck and Val Kilmer class are all men in the purest form. They are actors and have quirks just like Ronald Reagan did, but the thing is they are born leaders because they know a leader is 90% acting and 10% doing the right thing when it needs being done.
Mr. Russell is like Ted Nugent in of this libertarian class just like Val Kilmer who sways to the Ralph Nader class of greens.

I actually pleaded with a well known media mogul to be the conduit in the 2008 elections in finding a way to bring in Chuck Baldwin and Bob Barr into the John McCain fold by promising them a position in the cabinet or policies to be enacted. This media elite though ignored the solution just as much as his money train comrades, because they were not interested in victory.

As a Conservative, I don't want a big tent. I will not share bed space with a liberal babe no matter how centerfold she is or how cold it gets at night, Al Franken as a cuddle buddy is not going to be in bed with me.
What I advocate though is Michael Steele to contact these fringe groups who have great ideas and ask them to join the Republican tickets for the benefit of all.

There is none of us who do not believe our nation needs to be husbanded and that better technologies will keep our world a better place. Surely Ralph Nader could be sat down with and common ground can be found where he can give a little and the Republicans can give a little.
Val Kilmer believes in land ownership of the rancher. He has spoken of the need for a representative who can represent the worker class, artistic and the nuclear scientist class of New Mexico. Those are all Americans and if America sticks to issues instead of legislating perversion, then Val Kilmer is the equal of Arnold Schwarzeneggar and surpasses any Lincoln Chafey of the eastern patricians.

I have absolutely no idea what Kilmer's ideas are on aborticide, Iraq, gays, gun ownership or whatever, including Barack Obama. I do know though that he is a man who is accomplished with children and a family rooted in the land. The Republicans can deal with someone like that and should explore with Michael Steele in an exchange with Val Kilmer the common ground and in debate, Mr. Kilmer being a very bright person, might just be a force in the GOP who will make certain that American workers are not being replaced by Mexican slave labor and that Americans are not being sold to pay the interest in Obama multi trillion dollar debt to the Chinese communists.

There is an entire new political vista to be worked out in the next months in issues Americans can understand completely in what Barack Obama and Democrats are passing in Washington impoverishing America.
The GOP needs to build that coalition on a platform of key issues all can agree upon and laws later the majority can COMPROMISE on as that is what American politics are about.

What is working now is not working. Things need to be shaken up and the Bush patricians dusted out along with Specter, Collins and Snowe to be replaced by a coming political union which is focusing on answers to solve American problems which are being turned into catastrophes by Barack Hussein Obama.

I would thoroughly enjoy an exchange with Val Kilmer who hunts, fishes and raises buffalo in assisting him in making a real political step for leading a party he is destined to be in, instead of being excluded by the Democratic Party.

I will close with a quote of Val Kilmer which all can live by, "I have a reputation for being difficult, but only with stupid people."

*How well I understand that.
