The reason I'm going to invest time in explaining what is occurring in American states and the federal government, is not that I care to, but because I care to establish forever the fact Ronald Reagan was right about all of this happening. He predicted this constriction already in the 1960's and said it would be brought on by the health care implosion started inside the federal government, but Edward Kennedy.The reason is, I have now found 2 slaps at Ronald Reagan in major publications blaming this deficit on Ronald Reagan and attempting to give Birdie Obama cover for his organized theft of the US Treasury "as somehow Reagan did it".
The fact is Ronald Reagan warned of entitlements, social welfare spending, medical communism and deficit spending.
It was President Reagan who warned of large debts and led the fight for the balanced budget amendment and line item veto to stop deficit spending.
Ronald Reagan pleaded, begged, cajoled and threatened the Democrat Congress led by Thomas Tip O'Neill to cut the federal spending, but was simply ignored.
Reagan did what he could, transferred debt to Japan and established an expansion. The Reagan expansion actually delayed his staged Obama constriction by 20 years. If it had not been for Ronald Reagan, this event would have happened in the late 1980's.
I would remind people reading this that one George W. Bush ruined himself politically not over Iraq, but over wasting his political mandate in 2004 in attempting to fix Social Security, but was ignored by Congress and abandoned by the American people.
Gee you clods of the left, do you think that maybe with John McCain's derivative fix and George Bush's Social Security fix that American would not be in this staged Obama meltdown now?
I will answer, yes it would have saved trillions of dollars, so if you pull out your Noel Sheppard mirror, the guy looking back at you is the leftist who left the door open so the people funnelling you money out of the banking cartels could rape the world economy.
The very states which are dependent upon federal funds, have been spending billions of dollars and have been legally stealing their Citizen's earnings in state income taxes are the very liberal states now in major trouble. California, Kansas and Minnesota are just a few of the leftist policy states Reagan warned about in the 60's and now the debt has come home to roost.
As noted Ronald Reagan called for balanced budgets in his economic stimulus packages which were in part based upon the sound economics of John Kennedy, which if one traces this back is pure Benjamin Franklin economics of production, barest of taxes and expansion in how healthy American economics grows.
President Reagan in not any way would be backing the Obama Ponzie Pelosi scheme. He would be the first person calling from the podium this was a liberal embezzlement plan to fund their own political tribe of communists. He would be the first to tell the American people, you can not run up these kinds of massive debts which are held by communist Chinese competitors and burden the entire financial system by making Americans compete with the government to borrow money being printed like Charmin toilet paper.
The end result is your currency is of about as much value as toilet tissue.
Ronald Reagan would be warning as he warned 40 years ago that this Obama scheme is setting the stage for a default on the dollar and replacement of it, heaping wasteful liberal spending on the poorest section of America ruining them.
It is of the highest accord that President and Nancy Reagan foresaw this and published his warnings in his letters. Reagan knew this was coming and now the robber barons are raiding the till.
None of what is occurring though is anywhere near Depression era levels as was refuted here last year. This is a staged constriction and all of that federal money being dumped into a false expansion is dealing America the same type of hangover after Richard Nixon seeking re election opened the government buying programs and produced happy days are here again.
Nixon would have been fine, except Kissinger and Rockefeller were springing their global devaluation of American wages to match oil prices with the Lyndon Johnson hangover of the Vietnam War and his Great communist Society spending.
The same holds true today in George W. Bush is not to blame in attempting the same process. The problem is the process is rigged by nation rapists to take that trillion in spending and make more money in bailouts as they get people fired from those expansion jobs now being lost.
So for those blaming Bush for this as some Washington Post reporters have as well as others, Bush played the best hand he could, wore himself out in being pissed on by Americans who could not appreciate his impossible situation and left Obama to clean up his own engineered mess to get hisself elected.
I will not leave my California people without hope nor any Americans without a policy to fix this. States can not be taking this Obama stimulus and spend it, because all it is going to do is deepen this savage banking problem and delaying it for a bubble in summer 2010.
The end result will be a massive problem in mid 2014 which is staged so Obama gets re elected in 2012 if he survives the replacement of the dollar being planned in 2009.
It is hoped that by posting these events here, it will gum up the works sufficiently to stop these attacks upon America, because exposing what Al Gore had planned kept him from running for the White House and if things coming to fruition are predicted here, that all of a sudden makes this the blog to follow, instead of the pundits treading water with no solutions.
California like most state's problems are due to inflation, high taxes and lack of production.
California can fix it's problems by going bare bones in all policies and shutting down most of the government of entitlements. One will be surprised after the initial whimpering and whining, just how quickly people being told "NO", will start to shift for themselves.
California is a complete society of over indulgence in people driving hours to work, living in expensive homes overpriced to the rest of America and a two tier wage system of the rich and the Mexican. The rich live off of the poor, the poor take entitlements and the rich have expensive homes and funnel all of their wages into taxes.
California has oil to drill and export. It must start in this time developing all of it's resources to be a self sufficient state again. It has stolen water from other states and must now develop it's own ocean water irrigation system. The ocean is filled with massive amounts of nutrients and elements just waiting to be recovered.
Filter the water, use it in drip irrigation, sell the various ocean reclaimed nutrients and elements from organic fertilizers to organic mineral supplements to depleted soils, with the salts as another export and California has a green industry.
People seemed to manage for 5550 years without entitlements. Suspending them for a period of time and readjusting them will balance budgets and create massive surpluses, well not as massive as the hidden "investments" most states have soaked away and never touch, but the situation does begin to fix itself.
For states like Kansas, they are golden opportunities to bloom. General Nelson Appleton Miles in his late 1800's tour expounded upon what America was designed to do. That design involved turning all that arid wheat prairie into dammed up rivers, irrigation hundreds of thousand of more family farms in true organic agriculture.
Doing this would increase the value of that worthless land and produce more food for export in Kansas alone than a dozen African nations produce in a year.
California as stated in it's water usage has the same wonderful arid deserts to work with. The desert heat and sun would distill billions of gallons of waters for agricultural use. The good waters of the Colorado and Sierras could then be used chiefly for human consumption.
Goodness Arnold, you are burning up in brush every year. That brush is growing from rains. Cut the brush and turn those BTU's into electrical power to sell.
These entire problems and solutions are not one "big" stimulus agenda, but thousands of stimulus plans in business being allowed to grow their own wealth and not regulated out of existence.
The most idiotic thing Arnold came up with was that stupid plan to put more stress on the auto industry in emissions control. Arnold, you should instead be building a high speed rail system to take care of your commuters where they could get to work in minutes on 300 mph trains, instead of burning billions of gallons of gasoline.
Sure that will hurt you in gas taxes, but you will make it back in train ticket fares.
Imagine Arnold instead of feeding at the Obama hog trough, you developing a massive rail system which you can then market to China and the world which will make trillions of dollars for Californians.
That Arnold is Franklin Economics.
Ronald Reagan would have fixed this 30 years ago and tried to. The beauty is this still can be fixed if astute economic policy. It doesn't take a genius, it only requires someone inspired by God and someone who can balance a checkbook.
Americans do not need to suffer, but they do have to stop agreeing to the government stealing their money as I constantly see people on disability to Mexican welfare recipients driving new cars, wearing new clothes, having big screen televisions and having better lives than Americans who are working two jobs and suffering.
That though is enough of a correction for now and probably more than Democrats in California can handle. In many ways, I do hope this overt economy does meltdown, because it really will not bother the main street economies of America which are doing remarkably well currently.
The positives in this are prices will fall which means deflation which means better housing, food, "fuel" and cost of living prices as sellers attempt to stay in business. This means the Asians will have to deflate prices to compete and will not have huge resources to drive up commodity prices from iron to oil.
This is not all bad. I have pointed out enough times that Ronald Reagan had a robust economy, deflation, high local bank savings rates people could live well on in retirement and peace. It all can be done and it can be done in every state in America.
Go visit the Gipper, Governator, and just keep repeating, in obama I do not trust, and perhaps you will not have to start producing Arnold Backs which is also another Lincoln outlet for your short term problems, but you have to revamp your spending, develop your resources and new industries which you can export.
Criminey Bob Arnoldwheat, just think of what an advanced desalinization plant licensed around the world would do for places like China and rich oil states. Burning veggie oil is great in your Hummer, but fix the problems by making it profitable and by cutting taxes you then have surpluses.
