Killed while playing volley ball

It is getting so incredibly hard to recognize the current political, Freudian military which the United States has created that it looks more like the Betty Ford Clinic.

The Soldier who murdered 5 of his fellow Soldiers is a case in point in what is so completely wrong with what goes on in parts of this sexed up and politicked out armed force serving around the world.

If people remember the movie Patton in his slapping a "battle fatigue" enlisted to some of even the liberal MASH programs, they highlighted what the military knew and learned the hard way.
The fact is every Soldier has had more than enough more often than not. The cure though is to keep the Soldier in the unit they are in where the responsibility to others they are emotionally and psychologically linked with assists in treating them.
If you take a Soldier out and coddle them, all it does is reinforce malcontent or bad behavior which spreads in a military. If every Soldier knows, they are staying and other depend upon them, then they self police themselves and work through the problem.

This is why the military is divided up into these units which are cohesive mental health support units. Train and deploy Soldiers that know each other's actions, and they will effective react in knowing what someone they trained with will react to in their own way.
That is what makes a military function.

Incredible problems arise as Gen. Patton was expressing if people who have the same problems everyone has in service are isolated out and reinforced with other people with problems.
It is like the old drug interdiction programs of the 60's where they put all the stoners together and they would talk about getting acid highs and get acid highs in flashbacks in the entire group.

The deduction is simple in the person who murdered 5 others in Iraq. Coddle them, put them in with others who have problems, so the self loathing they have is naturally transferred onto others, add one M 16 and you have a group treatment for cowardice which the offender was burdened by.

These situations have been known for the dawn of human warfare in large groups. Peer pressure from those one is connected with remedies a great deal of the problems when coupled with a CPO or Sergeant nursing the children to behave.
Sure you get frightened the first times you are in combat. It graduates to indifference in the sounds of fire. Sometimes though it catches you again in a lapse of fear which terrorizes one.
Effectively the unit remedies by expecting something out of the Soldier. The Soldier then finds ways to deal with the panic in just poking his rifle up and spraying things in the distance to crawling faster than Jesse Owens could run 100 yards.
One gets used to the situation again, and then moves on as no phobia or self loathing is formed.

Patton early in his career used to think a bullet was going to come straight for his nose. He dealt with it and turned out pretty good, providing the Andy Rooney Marxist trash would leave him be Patton in fighting war instead of blaming him for correct policy.

I would venture a guess that the kinder and gentler Powell whiner military also has these Soldiers with problems not just whining about their problems, but dumping ritalin or some other brain psychological poison into these troubled kids which in turn assists in turning them into murderers.

The military must treat men like men and women like women with officers as ladies and gentlemen leading them setting the example. It does not need lone riders, but the real gung ho (gung ho is Chinese for work together). It does not need those defining themselves as homosexuals as a penis nor a vagina has any place pulling a trigger.

The US military is being pulled apart by ideology, politics, race, religion, sex and persecution of the Soldier and the coddling of that Soldier. It sound crass, but the fact is Soldiers get broke all the time but all that is important is they keep pulling that trigger and in the unit group they will get put back together again enough to function.
Sure they are not going to be the same, but no one ever is after being a trained Soldier.

It is a great deal like the American Soldier captured by the Nazi SS and locked for around 45 days in box cell without lights or human interaction. That type of psychological torture had him hearing voices eventually and he was quite crazy.
He was liberated though and remembered telling another Soldier he didn't trust himself as he heard voices, so the other Soldier looked out for him and he is still a fine American to this day because Soldiers heal Soldiers.

The US military needs to house Soldiers together. They need to be marching with heavy packs in training so they sleep at night and not playing volley ball after talking to some Godless shrink telling them they "feel their pain".
Being crazy was never a luxury with anyone I have ever been with. You still had to do your job, do it right and not make any mistakes no matter if one sometimes had a rifle barrel stuck in one's mouth.
Soldiers do not shoot Soldiers. Soldiers shoot the enemy. Whatever the US military did to that Soldier to turn him into a murderer, did it by making a Soldier view his Soldiers as the enemy and not his life line.

PS: Apparently from reports out now, the US military has some kind of Obama open house going on, inviting all types of press to talk to Soldiers in the zone. They need to get a clue, as just like one does not talk to a 12 year old about having sex as they will have it once you put the thought into their mind, one does not put liberal idiot civilians into military compounds, especially with troubled minds, as those minds will pick up crazy liberal questions and think on them and act out.
