A Right Proper Bastard

I really want to like this Stanley from Obama, but for the moment I will eye him from the brier patch with a bit of a grin as light General Stanley A. McChrystal is a heck of allot better command operations officer than that dimwit McKeirnan who was screwing things up in Afghanistan in the Obama surge.

It was this blog alone which was exposing McKeirnan for the inept officer he was in his entire career, particularly during the Iraq Liberation messing the situation up.

I will start with the first things I do not like about McChrystal which are few. First he is a graduate of the John F. Kennedy school at Harvard.
Jack served America in a less than honorable way when PT 109 was gunned down and so was his crew. In some circles he should have faced a court martial, but war is war and heroes for running for President beat Obama's any day.

The second is McChrystal served as some laison to the Council on Foreign Relations. Simply put, now you know why he is hanging around the promotions shop as he is one of those people.

The things I like about McChrystal is not so much that he is a killer, because he doesn't really seem to have ever got his lead wet with blood in only having that silly Expert Infantryman Badge compared to the real medal of the Combat Infantry Badge of warriors who face the enemy in combat, but because McChrystal actually likes having his men kill terrorists.
I really like that part.

McChrystal's operations have bagged Saddam Hussein, blown to bits the leading al Qaeda terrorist in Iraq and his underlayment for the successful Bush Surge was the selective fire of removing problems which underpinned the entire main body operation.

McChrystal has no problem killing things and that is what a good Soldier does.

He also in an amusing real maverick liked to have his Rangers pound the stuffing out of terrorists in captivity in order to get information out of them to save lives. To show how McChrystal is connected, he never suffered from this but some of his men were disciplined for abuse.
So in that it reveals the Rockefellers like their protege a great deal enough to cover him, and this guy is no paper pusher Colin Powell. This guy likes carrying things out to the max.

That is probably what got McKeirnan into hot water in Afghanistan in not killing terrorists in a major pounding, but the idiot was following orders from Brzezinski in using chemical weapons in phosphorous bombs that burn humans.
A fall guy was needed and McKeirnan can now retire to a 5 figure pension and probably appear as an expert when al Qaeda uses chemical weapons in America. (Yes Joe Lieberman, America is less unsafe under Obama and Dick Cheney is right again. Try reading the newspapers Joe.)

I even like McChrystal covered up that Pat Tillman was brained 3 times in his head by his own men for being a less than cordial comrade in his unit. I don't really care why Tillman was shot. His reported last words as covered here long ago were not the most heroic, pleasant or American and the last thing I would want to be saying before I faced Jesus.
What I care about is continuity in a fighting unit. Bad things happen in units even in the best of circumstances. It is always better to tell some family, "Hey GI Pat was a hero. Here is a Silver Star. He died with his guns blazing, saving his unit and knocking off a thousand terrorists."

That is a great deal better than finding out your foul mouthed son was abusing his fellow Soldiers, got capped 3 times in the brain for whatever reason and the boys then burned up the evidence, so to cover up what was done.
Families need to be stupid sometimes and just let the lie become the story as it makes better Soldiers as very few times in life is there a Joe Foss or Leo Thorsness who live up to the mark.

So I like McChrystal for doing the right things, bashing about the right terrorists and liking his bullets whetted red.

He has the expertise to actually accomplish the mission I laid out in Afghanistan in selective warfare of shutting down supply by technology and sniper warfare, and then utilizing hammer and anvil tactics on the enclaves to wipe this situation clean in 8 months.
These tactics will just as effectively work in Pakistan.

His problems though he might just have Obama and Holbrooke dump a glowing Pakistan into his lap and Netanyahu might be forced to sandwich him in with a nuclear dust cloud in Iran.

My advice to the light General would be to forget Obama's nonsense policy in Afghanistan and simply work the sniper, hammer and anvil in Afghanistan, slip a few sorties into Pakistan by accident, and bring every US Soldier safely home in 8 months and let Afghanistan build it's own police state without US Soldiers as the pamper squad of targets diapering people who know very well how to manage their own security.

If not, he will have some successes, be blamed for his thoroughness when things go bad in Obama nation building, and probably loose his hair to radiation poisoning or be sitting in a Russian POW camp until Jesus comes back, because when Obama blows this, this is going to be a very unforgiving place to be fighting an Obama war.

General you do not want to be the battlin' bastards of Bataan, no Mom, no Pop, no Uncle Sam.

Get your job done your way, keep your people safe, let technology and long range kill the problem and end this in months, because the fires Obama is starting have you not in a position to gain any glory.
