I would like to ask the Obama supporters if they believe in their individual right to choose anything in life and expect an outcome beneficial to them?In that is America nation where people have the right to choose the type of care they want when they are ill or is America a place where you are dictated to by the government and fined if you do not buy what the government is selling?
This is the situation America is facing now in Democrats in Congress and Barack Obama are going to order people to buy insurance for health care and then tell people when they can receive an operation or treatment they require, when the government has enough money to ration out that care.
I would point out that the Amish in America do not believe like numbers of groups in "insurance" as they have a faith in God for health and to deal with any malady which comes up.
What is the question in this is Obama going to do to the Amish with his Pelosi and Dodd mandates? Arrest all the Amish in America and throw them into prison because they are non buyer insurance criminals?
I ask Obama voters to examine the Postal Service, examine Social Security, examine Medicare and answer if they think they are getting a fair return on animals dead and packages destroyed by government employees, meager Social Security funds to die slowly on or government health care which is part of a system of stockpiled bills in cancer lab tests when someone has an appendix operation.
Do you really want the government in control of your life and death decisions when everything they touch and are involved with is like the recovery funding which had Barack Obama literally buying millions of dollars worth of pig meat and cheese, which comes from Obama voter corporations treating animals like slaves in a galley, while they pocket the frankenfood profits.
This is why before the patrician Noel Sheppard tried to silence this blog at Newsbusters in his Obama sudded up orgy of derangement, I was advocating an Opt out America for all people in their rights as United States Citizens and their respective states from federal mandates.
What if the health system in America could be turned over the a Public Utilities Commission like for your electricity, phone and water. They seem to operate pretty well in keeping rates affordable and providing a good product.
What if states would opt out of federal mandates and instead charge people by their income or lack there of for their care?
What if these states would combine to form treatment zones which would lure in other clients from Canada who would pay for treatment they were rationed with in socialist Canada?
What if the the PUC of health care had safeguards which people could bring to them like cancer lab tests on an appendix which is padding a bill and that person would then be paid that amount by the hospital charging such nonsense as a check and balance to the system?
How long do you think that it would take for insurance companies, hospitals and doctors to stop padding bills to make up for illegal Mexicans not paying bills if they were going to be paying patients for cost overrides?
What about those same PUC commissioners who are elected by you the Citizen in your state would be afforded magistrate jurisdiction over doctors, making an end to malpractice insurance and suits which are driving doctors from the profession.
A jurisdiction which would tax doctors no more than 5% of their wages to be put into an investment fund and if the doctors had no judgments brought against them from complaints filed for their careers, they would get it back. The incentive for doctors would be to treat patients correctly every time as that fund would be what they would work for, and without lawyers involved and only PUC health commissioners, no money from John Edwards ambulance chasing attorneys would bankrupt doctors or be driving up costs to patients.
Now granted my PUC health commissioners who would number 3 per state would mean 150 commissioners nationwide, at 50,000 dollars a year would mean it would cost $7.5 million dollars a year to administer this program nationwide compared to the 4 trillion which Barack Obama's will cost IN ADDITION to the trillions being wasted already, but I have concluded that the PUC commissioners would be dropping dentist visits and clinic visits to 20 dollars a trip instead of the 50 or the over 100 bucks to fill a tooth or 15,000 to perform an appendectomy, down to a reasonable $40 dollars a filling to $3,000 for an operation.........so in my plan trillions would be saved and doctors would be rewarded for sound care.
It is all about checks and balances, and not about Obama writing bad checks costing Americans trillions of dollars more in a system which will never balance.
So I ask people to build on this, contact your state Governor and Congress and ask them about opting out. Point out that a state could earn billions of dollars in luring in paying patients who would flock to affordable and great care.
Imagine a state which was building more hospitals than prisons, because they made money from savings peoples lives than in incarcerating them.
The patricians have no interest in saving people and is why this blog was attacked as too many Ronald Reagan ideas for Sarah Palin, means more Americans living a great life and those sudsy little patricians seeing the po folks all happy and eating at 100 dollar a meal restaurants like them.........well just makes those Letterman cocktail crowd patricians feel all inadequate as the po folks are just like them..........AS THEY ALWAYS HAVE BEEN JUST AS GOOD AS THEM.
So it is OPT OUT OF OBAMA now........the Four 0's, and as it is Hawaiian Obama, let's make it Hawaii Five O in Opt Out Of Obama fOrever, as Americans need to take control of their lives and it is through checks and balances which cost them nothing compared to the trillions Obama is charging to order them to die.
If you don't like the PUC salaries, then hey, charge the doctors to pay for their oversight as farmers have to pay for marketing and other sundry things for their operations.
So my solution by God's Grace costs America nothing, reduces prices by trillions and everyone LIVES HAPPILY EVERY AFTER.
Sounds like a pretty good deal.
