With word coming down that Dave Checkette's group has decided to drop Rush Limbaugh in their bid to purchase the St. Louis Rams football franchise, it is time that Rush Limbaugh start the legal proceedings not for himself, but for every Christian, Veteran, Conservative, NASCAR, Patriotic American who have just been discriminated against in vicious smears, hate speech, racism and bigotry, because that is exactly what the NFL just did in becoming the National Fascists League.NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell and Indiana Colts owner Jim Irsay engaged in criminal smear, libel and slander when they singled out Mr. Limbaugh for exclusion.
The NFL is in a league by itself as a monopoly, but that monopoly does not supersede the United States Constitution in denying people the right to participate in it due to race or creed.
The NFL along with the Molotov Mob Obama media did just that. They denied Mr. Limbaugh's Constitutional rights of free speech, liberty, the pursuit of happiness and commerce.
Roger Goodell is a racist of the worst sort. He stands out attacking someone like Michael Vick for dog fighting, but yet Randy Moss who is a serial female abuser in having hit a Minneapolis female traffic officer with his car and recently had beaten a Florida woman, garnered absolutely no statement for Goodell.
Michael Vick was a "bad" black while Randy Moss doing far worse to human beings is a "good" black in the same lunacy which Bearick Obama has good and bad terrorists.
Therefore Mr. Limbaugh in having his good name and reputation attacked by the NFL franchise should take his 400 million dollars and invest it into a team of lawyers in some nice Conservative Missouri county where he will find American ears on a jury and file a multi trillion dollar lawsuit against the National Fascist League which includes the NFL, Roger Goodell as a specific individual, along with Al Franken, and the host of media types who engaged in the character assassination of Rush Limbaugh.
Specifically, the individuals will be charged along with their parent company, so in the event of a win by Mr. Limbaugh, those individuals will have their assets garnered until their full share of the debt be paid.
This includes an automatic injunction in an O.J. Simpson clause, that immediately the assets of these antagonists can not be shifted to "trust funds" or any other means to hide their assets from judgment and awards.
It is past time that the NFL be brought to it's knees in it's bogus games where one team gets penalized non stop as the other team is supposed to win that Sunday as it is a big market team. The nonsense of black players such as Randy Moss being allowed to simply run around on the field and catch balls as defenses did not defend against him as the NFL needed a Sammy Sousa moment for ratings.
To the racism which the Minnesota Vikings exhibited in certain black players refusing to play for white quarterback Brett Farve.
Let all of this come out from New England Patriots being allowed to cheat and steal Super Bowl wins as connected thugs, while fans and other teams were robbed of victories.
Mr. Limbaugh this is about justice, it is about Truth, it is about America. File this suit for the 60 million people who just were usurped by Bearick Obama. File this suit for America and bring the National Fascist League to it's knees. Take from them the one thing that empowers them and that is revenue and then garner that to yourself Mr. Limbaugh.
Make this an issue Mr. Limbaugh where that fascist Roger Goodell will rue the day he opened his Nazi mouth smearing Americans, black, white and brown for their American Christian heritage.
Bring out all the dirt of the NFL and this ilk. Let them stink for the sewer they are of fakery, lies and Obamanism.
Own these people and own their every working hour of wages when you win this in a Missouri court Mr. Limbaugh. You are one of the few people in position to do this, so do it, do it hard and do it well.
