For unto us



Luke 2:7 And she brought forth her firstborn Son, and wrapped Him in swaddling clothes, and laid Him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.


Isaiah 9:6 For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given: and the government shall be upon His shoulder: and His name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.




Luke 2:8 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.

9: And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.


10: And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.


11: For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.


12: And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the Babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.


13: And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying,


14: Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.




Matthew 2:1 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem,

2: Saying, Where is He that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen His star in the east, and are come to worship Him.


Psalm 110: 1 The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at My right hand, until I make Thine enemies Thy footstool.


Isaiah 61: 1 The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon Me; because the LORD hath anointed Me to preach good tidings unto the meek; He hath sent Me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

2: To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn;

3: To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that He might be glorified.



Mark 12:29 And Jesus answered him, The first of all the commandments is, Hear, O Israel; The Lord our God is one Lord:

30: And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment.


31: And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.

Acts 1:10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as He went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;

14: And the armies which were in heaven followed Him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean.


15: And out of His mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it He should smite the nations: and He shall rule them with a rod of iron: and He treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.


16: And He hath on his vesture and on His thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.



Revelation 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with Me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

13: I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last.



Acts 3:19 Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.
