What Lawrence Sinclair Winning Looks Like

I see in the case of Maj. Stefan Cook, with the Department of Defense now illegally starting a whispering campaign against him, sullying him, forcing his employer to fire him and his being fired, is exactly what winning looks like.

For this type of maniacal retaliation on Maj. Cook mirrors the exact illegalities which turned American Citizen, Lawrence Sinclair into Lawrence Sinclair, Barack Obama political prisoner.

If one recalls, Mr. Sinclair had a host of federal agencies and a State Attorney Generals office in Joe Bidens Delaware, run by his son, attempting to silence Lawrence Sinclair in criminal fraudulent evidence while the FBI stood by smiling as secondary and third level Obama maniacs literally threatened him, his attorney and his mother with murder.
Coupled with this was the patrician media which for all purposes is employed by the quasi intelligence funding apparatus who were keeping tabs on all Mr. Sinclair was doing as they fed the paper mill of information for both profit and favour with the Obama echelon who they indeed help elect.

So is there any difference in what Stefan Cook is facing than what Mr. Sinclair is still facing, or what John Edwards faced, Rod Blagojevich is still facing, what Eliot Spizter is facing down and what has Sen. Chris Dodd puffing to pass his exterminate Americans bill.........not in the least. These are all taint, flush, fluster and bring to major problems Americans who are a problem to Axelrod Inc.

There should be hosts of federal and state officials in prison over the crimes committed against Lawrence Sinclair, yet no justice is done, because the patricians are running the program.

For the record, this is why Gov. Sarah Palin got out of Alaska, because the same trap was going to be sprung upon her. I would expect the vanished Patrick Fitzgerald would have appeared in Alaska filing some bogus oil kickback charges on some low level flunky of Alaskan government, who would be instructed like Dick Armitage to run to the Governor's office to get them involved, so the feds would have indictable material to go after an innocent woman.
This is how they tried to get George W. Bush, his own patricians, and how Bush 43 got Trent Lott and a host of other Conservatives. This is how Richard Nixon was gotten, because Nixon never broke one law, it was G. Gordon Liddy who now is featured at World Net Daily who broke the law. Nixon simply denied he knew anything about it as LBJ and JFK would, but as this was run by the patricians inside government who fed the story and were paying the media for coverage, Richard Nixon was fired as certainly as Maj. Cook has been fired.

So these operations go on all the time and if Richard Nixon didn't get justice, then justice is not going to be coming for anyone.
That though is not to be considered "losing", but instead an advent of this game in it's adventurous zeal.

The employer of Maj. Cook has now gone on record that the DOD pressured him to fire Maj. Cook, which is in effect a violation of federal law.
Ah, for those Keith Olbermann types, this IS exactly the thing which got Richard Nixon impeached over in the abuse of power in having government employees fired who were bucking him.

Richard Nixon didn't call up people and fire them, no, he had different departments and agencies do his firing.
This is exactly what the Pentagon has now undertaken in a criminal violation of the law on orders from the entire cadre of Justice and JAG, which means Eric Holder as Attorney General, and filtering up as Patrick Fitzgerald attempted with Dick Cheney right into the White House.

The Pentagon just doesn't wake up one day and decide to hound some Soldier. Just like the Inspector General was fired directly out of the White House, some flunky was acting on orders from Barack Obama to have Maj. Cook fired.
Simtech has told Maj. Cook that it was specifically Defense Security Services which carried out this operation. This means there are now phone records and email contacts which translate back into DSS emails and phone calls as to exactly who was promoting this, which feeds directly back into the White House.
Lawrence Sinclair if he could have gotten into the phone calls etc... concerning him and emails from various patricians in government, would have had the evidence to issue a complaint in charges being filed.

This is a vast overplay by DSS and the Pentagon which is typical of Axelrod Inc. Paranoid delusional people like Obama and his cadre of misfit toys have now again broken federal laws as in the firing of Gerald Walpin. They are getting away with it as of now, but Maj. Cook is now going to have to fight this out as he has a vast array of complaints and issues which federal judges and juries will indeed sympathise to the extent of cash awards.

Remember Border Agents Compean and Ramos were eaten by the patrician Bush group and the same meal is going to be attempted on Maj. Cook as an example to scare other Soldiers. So it is vital a permanent injuction be granted all Soldiers with a court order no one can be dismissed or fired, and if such illegal actions take place, the offended party will have their job returned and those responsible will be in contempt of court, facing immediate arrest and jail time.

This is the fun of battle. The being whetted with their dirtiest tricks and coming back at them. Certainly it is unpleasant and that is why the cartel does it, but at the same time it opens vast opportunities if one has the true American grit and keeps advancing.

I pointed out that this had teeth the minute Keith Olbermann couldn't control hisself and blew his volcano top off. This is getting to the liberals and they know exactly who the people are probing and moving non stop forward to bring Justice to America. They might never mention any one's name on orders from their benefactors, but they all know the names.
Maj. Cook simply stung them hard and they convulsed. (Do not think for a moment that counter forces in the Pentagon were not calculating that some Obama nut would strike Maj. Cook and now that criminal hit can and will be used against the Obamanots.)

Barack Obama is now part of a multiple criminal conspiracy of firing people in an attempt to silence them. Always remember though that one White House firing in power is a counter reaction that empowers someone else's definition of impeaching that White House.

Do not ever make the mistake of seeing things in liberal flat world one dimension as many things are at play in this. Maj. Cook is going to have to fight this one out on point, but there are powers of various sorts who will use his position for their own blackmail and their own cover.

Barack Obama made his greatest mistake in the firing of Maj. Cook, because unlike Lawrence Sinclair the liberal gay groups would not come to Mr. Sinclair's aid, but in Maj. Cook's position Obama ordered the US military to eat one of their own. That meal will not digest any more than Obama Pelosi going after the CIA.
The tides of battle are turning and Obama is playing to his weakness now in the military. This is a battle he will lose.

I never wonder in the least about hypocrites like Whoopie Goldberg who say they would welcome paying more taxes, as if they really were interested in doing it they could always write out a check to the United States Treasury, but they never do.........they just tell us to vote for Obama as the tax ghoul cometh.

I thought for an interesting perspective we could look, now that Queen Pelosi is sticking it to successful Americans, who are Obama voters for an additional 5.4% surtax just what kind of taxes Oprah Winfrey, the Obama supporter and Muchelle Obama's enemy list maker, pays to the government in Social Security, income taxes and payroll taxes.

Miss Oprah earns it is said around 260 million dollars a year either showing the refuse of society to the couch potatoe society or telling the refuse and couch potatoe queens to buy some book, eat some pill or do something else Oprah to make you feel hap hap happy.
It is interesting in my relatives the Wedgwoods of London, who conned people into buying china, so they could eat on the same plates the Queen did, made a fortune on the same idiotry which Oprah does. People will never be like Oprah, but people think by watching her she is their friend and cares.........when if they showed up the high priestess' home they would be shot by Chicago PD for stalking Ms. Winfrey.

Off the top of the tax list is Oprah just like all Americans pays in half of what she makes in taxes. That would be 130 million dollars.
If you itemize as a business which Oprah does, yes you can buy planes (this is why Rush Limbaugh rents his a jet, because as a business or in doing business on any trip, it is a tax deduction and a way to glean back the horrendous amounts of money the government confiscates by threat of prison.), but in the end the government always wins out unless you are Warren Buffett in stashing away billions in "trusts" for his worthless children to manage in "foundations" for perpetual luxury without doing a thing.

So Oprah has payroll taxes in her Harpo Productions, Social Security taxes and insurance matching funds. Yes accountants and lawyers are tax deductible as the hired help, but once again it whittles down to the government winning out unless you are Tim Geithner in he just doesn't pay taxes as most criminal patricians do.

On top of all of this is Obama Pelosi's new 5.4% tax on Oprah which amounts to over 14 million additional dollars Oprah has to cough up in tax confiscation from the government. The little over is 40 thousand dollars or the price of a really nice automobile.
I realize liberals always claim it is good to soak the rich in taxes for their fair share, but it was amusing when brainiac Ken Jennings on Jeopardy was earning his huge winnings, he all of a sudden figured out that his liberal stupidity in soaking the rich, actually caught him in the IRS net stealing his money.
Yes it is your money, even that kid out of South Dakota who won that over 200 million dollar lottery received after ever government body stole their share only ended up with something like 80 million dollars. Some would say that is a great deal of money yet, but I would point out that this poor cowboy who had his trailer repossessed had pilfered from him, 120 million dollars.

That to me sounds like a whole lot more money and it is criminal in God's Laws for anyone, to take more than 10% in taxes or tithes.

I realize Oprah is a fraud in here "give aways" end up in local people raising money to give the money away as she shows up to take the credit, but in American standards this Obama voter fraud in Oprah Winfrey, this blog champions her on one account and that is Obama Pelosi have no business stealing another 14 million dollars from this woman and awarding it to people who will not work and to Obama cartel cronies in where all this health, banking, bailout, stimulus and education money is going to end up with in the end.
Oprah Winfrey is dump as a post, but this blog looks out for even successful wealthy dolts who vote for Obama as in essence Democrats literally are holding Oprah hostage like was done in Africa so either slaves or village treasure would be handed over to the man with guns.

Wesley Snipes the successful actor was ruined by taxes and hounded into court over these issues of successful people if they are not careful, they end up in prison, because they like most people think, "Hey I'm earning a hundred million dollars, I can't spend all of that".

No they can't, but the IRS will take a shark's cut and leave you with pauper funds as rich little you blinks at the check they are demanding and you will write it out or you will be in prison with fines.
Barring of course you are Tom Daschle in which case you just hand over some change and it all goes away.

For the poor people of America, I really would appreciate it if Oprah Winfrey would stand up and say, "ENOUGH! I didn't vote for Barack Obama so he could mug me of an additional 14 million dollars to give to his homers!"
The reason this matters to poor people is Oprah is a cash cow like all rich people are. Rich people hire people to manage their money which means they are employed. Numbers of people are employed by rich people.
Rich people buy V 8 engines so they fill up more gas to profit a small gas station owner. They buy things no one needs in jewelry, yachts, build several new homes, and most like Whoopie Goldberg buy lots of guns to shoot intruders with.

The point being is the rich splurge and make businesses profitable, which means businesses employ more people to deal with rich people spending. Those poor employed people then generate the entire world economy.
When Oprah has 14 million dollars more confiscated, it does not go into buying stocks or investments in local bonds which all in the end employ people reading this blog. When Obama takes Oprah's money and dumps it into government, all that happens is some worthless government employees get hired, produce nothing, buy nothing as the government feeds it all into socialist Marxist programs all are mandated to be a part of in enslaving them, and success is whisked away and the entire nation is nothing but those Mexican border busters working as slaves for Obama corporations who will never get a chance at the brass ring as it is instead a copper hog ring in their nose, they are being led around by by liberals.

But then Oprah was suckered like 70 million Americans in voting for Obama and is joining the ranks of the betrayed by Obama.

Obama must really have the hots for someone in baseball to put on his gay jeans, dye his hair a sultry sheen, get a new haircut, ptu on makeup and give the boys of baseball a taste of how Obama cups balls not his own.

I would call it official when the Democratic poster jackass in Keith Olbermann going volcano brain in screaming about Orly Taitz being a conwoman and the brave Soldier, Maj. Stefan Frederick Cook, who brought the case about war criminal Obama, a coward, that this birth certificate issue in Barack Huxxxein Obama being a foreigner is a known Achilles Heal for the Birdie one that all of these liberal conmen and cowards have been covering up.

For Olbermann to accuse normal brave Americans of the very things he conducts daily along with Obama, is psychological proof of what Obama is covering up, because that is what was on Olbermann's volcanic mind.

Ms. Taitz though in not conducting a very precise strategy for months has now been brought into the very area where this will now play out. I disagree that the Pentagon has in revoking the deployment orders for Maj. Cook has termed Obama illegitimate, but instead is doing what the brass at the Pentagon always does in covering things up they want no political part in and hope this all goes away.
The reasons are many from Pelosi would haul this entire bunch before Congress and Muslim Minnesotan Junior Ellison would be raping their reputations like he did bankers and the car companies to keep people into the liberal line, to, the US military does not want to get involved in a coup against a person in the White House setting banana republic histories in action.

Ms. Taitz though is correct in following this up with asking for an injunction for Maj. Cook and all of the Soldiers who are rightly concerned over their safety, Geneva Convention status and upholding their oath to defend the Constitution.
Rightly so as this now plays out, every military officer and enlisted who continues on carrying out orders from Barack Obama can indeed face court martial on treason and war crimes charges.

Any American has more standing to issue orders to the Pentagon than British subject Obama, but in that people have to understand that Obama as this blog alone pointed out since January has been using the US military as a Murder Incorporated to assassinate bad terrorists while Obama makes policy with "good" terrorists.
What is occurring now is exactly the reason I was against Obama using the military for such murderous actions in Pakistan, because the minute Obama is outed as unqualified for being in the White House, the entire US military command is guilty of murdering foreign nationals as they had no more authority than if you called up an F 16 to blow up some rapist in a city next to yours. Murder is murder when it has no authority and that is what Barack Obama has exposed the US military to.

It is though time for every Soldier in the United States military to stand up, or more appropriately to stand down. From January 20th if Barack Obama is found to be in court a legal British subject or by the above Catholic School enrollment to be listed as an Indonesian citizen and to have been adopted by Lolo Soetoro, his stepfather, in Barack Obama in 1968, was known as Barry Soetoro, which means he was under the legal parenthood of Mr. Lolo Soetoro, by his birth mother's admission as she did not sign the enrollment form, that in legal definition, British subject Obama was also dual citizen of Muslim Indonesia, being listed as Muslim by faith.

All of which in one form or many has only one legal meaning in that Barack Obama was born a legal British subject of England and Kenya. He was the illegally provided a false birth certification in Hawaii listing him as an American as Hawaii was accomplishing for the probable reason of getting federal government aid, Obama jr. was then taken willingly by his birth mother to Indonesia, adopted by an Indonesian, so he became an Indonesian citizen, and then quite illegally re entered the United States when his mother dumped him to be raised by his grandparents.

There is no denying any of the legalities of this any longer. Barack Obama is a dual citizen of the British Commonwealth and Indonesia. He is an illegal in America. He has committed known fraud in hiding this by being in the Illinois legislature, US Senate and White House.
Mr. Soetoro in addition has been making illegal policy before he was in the White House and has been involved in espionage and sedition every day since his illegal election to the White House.

It is time that American Soldiers under the legal protection of the law in the coming injunction simply to stand down in refusing to leave their base of operations and refusing to deploy overseas as they are without any legal authority to do so. It can not be covered by former President Bush's operations nor by any officer in the Pentagon, because Congress has not been asked after Jan. 20th to declare war by any legitimate President and Congress has not given permission for any operations in the checks and balances.
If 10% of US soldiers stopped following illegal Obama orders, this slow down would shut operations down in several months. If 50% stopped following illegal orders, this would force the Supreme Court and the US Congress to end the Obama tenure immediately as this is now a Constitutional crisis and a security crisis in US Soldiers will no longer have any authority to do their duty.

The US military ranks can indeed force this to issue now and cause the end of the Obama tenure in the White House.
This blog would point out also that Senora Sotomayer to Aaron Burr Biden to anything Obama is illegitimate as he had and has no authority to appoint anyone.

This blog would also point out that the next person in legal line to be President is John McCain as Democrats and Independents knowingly or ignorantly voted for a fraud in Obama.
This blog though contests John McCain's right to being President on the grounds he like all in Congress did nothing to vet Barack Obama and therefore Mr. McCain is guilty of sedition and dereliction of duty.

Therefore the only legitimate person left to form the executive branch of government is Gov. Sarah Palin, the legitimate Vice Presidential candidate in the 2008 elections.
Pleading my own ignorance to all those worthless 3rd party candidates from Green, Libertarian or Constitutional, I will state the only legal and correct process according to United States history in the Vice President was once the person who received the second most number of votes, that the person who should be Vice President then under President Sarah Palin would be the leading voter getter from the 3rd party candidates.

For Democrats and Independents who would claim disenfranchisement, this blog answers first, you had no problem in usurpation when you disenfranchised 60 million voters and 130 million non voters in your installing fraud Barack Soetoro Obama and secondly, if you don't like the outcome, then don't be so stupid next time in electing a fraud foreigner.

The key in this now is the injunction for all US Soldiers and their then following the lead of brave Maj. Cook in standing down. This will cause the immediate removal of Obama.

It should also cause the immediate removal of all those Congressman and that select group of traitors on the US courts and Supreme Court who allowed this sham to continue, along with their being tried for being part of the idiotry of Obama.

As the liberals are howling, they know this has teeth and will put an end to their backslapping Obama orgy.

Let the clarion call be boots and saddles.
