Yet except for somehow "christian" Gram Obama going on hajj to Muslim Saudi Arabia in free trip provided by Dubai, all Africans are facing the same misery which is driving them to join al Qaeda and to attack Obama policy.

One only has to revisit Teddy Kennedy, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama to note that even having a female American ask a terrorist at Gitmo a question was deemed cruel torture, so the entire method of the FBI under Obama is now in greater supsect of torture for the Nigerian as it is doubtful this Nigerian just fessed up and started chattering about all his terror friends.

Was he read his rights according to the American Justice system which Obama and Holder have placed him? The question obviously is this Nigerian terrorist did not understand his American rights, because he offered up self indicting evidence against himself.
That means the FBI and Obama injustice did not provide him a lawyer, so that everything he confessed to can not be used in a court of law.
Return to the torture mandate in America, that if an accused is tortured at any time, that person can not be tried in a US court of law.
The Obama FBI flailing about in trying to prove they can do the job according to Obama mandates of making Nigerians into Americans, has just initiated a valid reason for dismissal of all charges against his Nigerian terrorist.
This decends into was even an interpretor involved, and if it was English was it Queen's English or American English as misunderstandings occur between the two forms.

That is not equal protection under the law when other terrorists are allowed to be free when they have tan skin and the black skinned guy is the one in custody.

The Nigerian can not get a fair trial anywhere in these United States as the FBI just leaked that the guy was offering up self indicting terrorist information. That is a tainted jury pool and when a savvy attorney gets ahold of the FBI interrogation, and it is show that the FBI didn't give the Nigerian an OSHA potty break, offered him soda (which can be a bribe, a sugar stimulant to aid interrogation or not offering him a Nigerian form of Coca Cola.) or the lights were too bright in his eyes, it is all torture according to Obama rules and this case will have to be dismissed.
Barack Obama promised all of these Africans paradise and all of them are still existing in the same hell as before. Susan E. Rice has done nothing in all her UN power and social African experience to make the difference in stopping one terrorist. In fact, terror numbers and incidents are burgeoning as Obama blacklash drives these people to despair.
