This is just me talking to me, so no need to listen, as nothing of significance every happens some say here and others will say what is the sound of a thought which no one hears.
I have never been a fan of antimatter as Gene Roddenberry constructed it on Star Trek nor in what the US Air Force has been building out in Florida at Munitions Directorate at Eglin Air Force Base or Positronics Research LLC, in Santa Fe, New Mexico who have been playing with the American version.
It is small comfort to know the same science is operational in Europe, Russia, China and Japan. Of course there are reams of other wigglers just as toxic, but plagued by nano or going out in a cosmic flash brighter than the galaxy is all the same as non existence is dead and dead is non existence in this dimension.
The basis of this is simple. 1 ounce of antimatter will rip away half the atmosphere of an earth size planet. A pin head size sample would create a crater where New Mexico was. An amount so small the human mind could not fathom would be enough to blow that head to mist.
So the idea of capturing positrons or antimatter in order to build clean nuclear bombs or fuel star ships is a dangerous dance as antimatter does not like itself in it's positive charge and escapes it's electromagnetic chamber, and if some genius does repeat the success of gathering an ounce and it escapes the field, the other side of the planet will disappear and this side of the planet would have to learn to breathe with half as much air.
Gathering a pound would be a repeat of Mary visits every morning and just sits until noon period, with the emphasis on what was the AND for the "and" is Van Allen meteorite belt between morning and just or Mars and Jupiter, which in this case would be earth generated meteorite belt between Venus and Mars.
Take note children, one does not trap antimatter, one collects it like honey in a negative grid of comb housing where it loves it's marriage, among it's kind as it is always faithful in opposites attract.
Perhaps the Nobel Committee could call it project Starflakes in the crystalline energy field of poetic beauty the designer was Inspired to when it was thought it just poetry the rhyme and reason was making in first contact.

For humanity, it would be much more beneficial if the flaps would just change atomic polarity. It is amazing how jets, tanks, people and continents just violently dissolve as the glue which held them together becomes a magnetic solvent of centrifugal force.
One would suppose some very intelligent mind might have seized upon the possibility that if one can change atomic polarity as a weapon or space engine thruster then one could create anti matter out of matter.
That might be something which causes a solar system to disappear in the same type anti matter violent cancellation. It might also set off a dimensional gravitational pull of unbalanced positive and negative universes, because does a pound of anti matter weigh as much as a pound of matter?
Of course it does, I was just screwing with ya.
The point being though this dimensional universe of vast weight only operates as it does because of the definite weight of this universe to it's exact amount. Balance is a good thing in diet and in universal weight, so things do not go boom or get sucked into another dimension and go boom.
Where was I? I know where I was as my mind was traveling to summer, but that is a private matter.........
Oh yes the amplification device to change polarity on an atomic level. If a needle can be made a compass by rubbing a magnet over steel, then one would suppose that passing waves over atoms of negative nature would convert them to positive fields and cause the whole assembly to disrupt and fly apart.

That should be enough photonic thoughts to assist in the children not blowing up themselves as they play with anti matter and give them a new toy to play with to change polarity.
