More interesting, Congressional Democrats have never written the bill, never seen the bill, never read the bill, and the bill does not exist except in some Obama magic trick, and all Democrats will do is "vote they voted" and the bill shows up at Obama's desk.
All of that is beyond unConstitutional and illegal. The problem in this is though that Obama is stating he will now rule this way in all upcoming legislation.
The border buster bill aka amnesty for criminals, is what Obama has focused on as another Slaughter Solution he will initiate in Congress will vote on turning America over to illegals by not voting on the bill, but on voting that "some ghostly spectre of Congress passed" has already passed this bill and they are affirming that, that vote took place.
To a normal mind, that sounds as it is, insane. Obamacare is poised after the Obama drama to pass in the House stating they already passed something which they didn't, but the Senate did, so the House with Pelosi is going to vote not on the bill, but that the apparition of the Bill was passed.
This is most interesting on the enslavement of Mexicans by Obama amnesty as Obama appears to now with Pelosi and Reid to be stating that they either are going to be using 1800's slave laws passed by Congress, or perhaps the 1960's Teddy Kennedy amnesty laws by which Obama can declare anything he likes in a bill which shows up on his desk, as all Congress was doing was affirming a previous degradation occurred and Obama is going to expand it.
Literally, Obama, Pelosi and Reid have dismantled the Legislative Branch of the US Government. If one adds Obama and Schumers spit fest at the US Supreme Court at the State of the Union, and Obama's criminal manipulations of the US Courts and US Attorneys to keep his Birther issue at bay or making political payoffs, Obama has dismantled the Judicial Branch of the US Government too.
All that is left is an executive without any checks or balances and that means a dictatorship as Obama is signing only executive orders and now illegal laws Congress never passed.
What is taking place now in Congress and the White House is Constitutional Rapine. Every Democrat who is party to this and every RHINO humping along on Schumer's leg like Lindsey Graham are committing treason, sedition and high crimes against these United States of America.
This is no longer a matter of "impeachment" or removal, but what Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi and Harry Reid have done, and it is DONE as they are manifesting this attack upon the United States Government are national crimes against the People, States and Government of these United States. This is a literal act of war in terrorism against the Constitutional Government of America and that type of crime deals in Military Tribunals with exile for the lower traitors and in history the leaders are hung in execution as a Mussolini end that it will never again happen in Italy.
This is the dangerous waters Mr. Obama and his Obamalings have plunged into. This is not illegal any longer, but it is treason against these United States, and all, from Eric Holder in not protecting the Government and People from this change and rapine, are equal enablers in this crime and guilty of the same treason.
Hitler's axiom was in telling lies big enough the masses would believe them. Bill Clinton fabricated that form of government, but Barack Obama has initiated a rule of tricks and balances where his tricks of dictatorship are balanced by telling all that it is a rule of law, when Obama is the only one dictating it.
The day will come when the US Courts are going to face the Constitutional Crisis of Obama, and then it will be Federal Law Enforcement who will be forced like the US military to either destroy the US Courts upholding the Law in protecting Obama, or having to bring down the Obama regime.
When Obama can not win, he cheats. Cheating in Federal Governments across the globe is defined as treason.
