Joseph Farah of World Net Daily was asking the question of "What if", in what happen when Mr. Obama is proven incapable of proving he is a native son of America, what would be the consequences.
To answer this, as this blog has exclusively been answering all of the questions honestly, Mr. Farah begins by stating he does not know if Mr. Obama is constitutionally eligible to be President.
I know for certain Mr. Obama is disqualified as laid out in the 1948 British Nationality Act which makes him British by a British colonial and his underage wife.
There is no expiration on this as Mr. Obama claims, but can only be undone by Mr. Obama in public renouncing his British rights. He never did that.
That makes him an illegal in these United States without question, and the fraud in politics began in Illinois as he defrauded that state in running for office there.
Furthermore, Lolo Soetoro was conned into adopting Barry Obama and gave him the name Barry Soetoro on official school records.
Mr. Obama is legally a subject of the British Commonwealth and Indonesian in dual citizenship.
Those are the facts which are without a doubt.
The rest is conjecture whether he is Kenyan or Canadian, but he is not American no matter what charade Hawaii was pulling in New World Order seeding of illegals into America.

If Obama doesn't seek re-election, might a newly reconstituted Congress call for an investigation to determine whether he was ever eligible to serve?
If Mr. Obama does not seek re election, it will not be Congress, but numerous lawsuits both in America and outside America in various individuals who Mr. Obama has stolen from, made political prisoners or murdered in war, who will be filing suits forever in crimes against humanity legalities.
When Mr. Obama does not have Mr. Holder to hide behind in Justice, Mr. Obama will be hounded for the Truth of his undocumented status as being undocumented, he is not a President, but an international pirate and terrorist.
It's difficult even to imagine how the genie could be put in the bottle. To say the courts will be busy would be an understatement.
But might there be other ramifications?
Mr. Ahmadinejad with the Islamocommunists will seek to make his a public humiliation of how gullible the entire west was, with help from the Chicoms and Bolsheviks.
Would Obama face charges?
The choice by God's leading is Albania. Albanian is home to rogue CIA operatives running traffick. It is the humiliating no man's land which Obama would logically be sentenced to.
While I might not know Obama's actual status, certainly he does. If it turns out he defrauded the entire nation, what would be the penalty?
The penalty for this type of knowing fraud which has bankrupted these United States would be when found guilty, death by hanging.
That is why Mr. Obama would be shown the Albanian flight manifest as once his rapine on America is realized, he would face the pitchforks and mobs which he threatened bankers with.
And how about others who aided and abetted him in such a scam?
What about Nancy Pelosi, the House speaker who, as chairman of the Democratic National Committee in 2008, affirmed his eligibility – the only elected official who actually did so following the Democratic National Convention in Denver? Would she be subject to charges?
She would in politics be spared as the "first woman", but ruined as she should be. It was the treachery of Mrs. Pelosi in delaying the bail out to help Obama get elected which cost Americans billions in retirement.
In a just world, Mrs. Pelosi would be found guilty and hung by the Bastille mob. In a patrician America, she would lie, cry and her 70 year old posterior would pucker for sympathy in Americans would not hang an old bag.
Therefore an Albanian apartment might be her safest haven to write the lies of her memoirs.
What about Obama's high-priced law firm – Sidley Austin? Would it get off scot-free? Or could it face serious sanctions?
Connected law firms get fines and resort jail time in token. The real targets after Obama and Pelosi would be the "Mao Gang" of Val-erie Jarrett, David Axelrod, Rahm Emmanuel, David Plouffe with George Stephenopoulos running to hide under Hillary Clinton's skirt.
This group will be the party blamed as the right detests them, and they have ambushed John Edwards, Hillary Clinton and numbers of liberals who "Obama took names of".
Be very aware that if America is hit by nuclear terrorism due to Obama policy, if America goes dark from oil supply shut off, if America suffers a humiliation, then the above gang is going to face a very unforgiving America which will require pounds of flesh.
Americans are kind and forgiving, but any of the above factors will turn a banishment of pariahs to hang em high examples.
The left or the right will not save these people, but expediently use them to save themselves.
Might those who covered for Obama actually be subject to the most serious charge of all – treason?
Treason is indeed the term and while the press, punditry, politicians and courts have all committed treason by enabling Mr. Obama, the main focus will be on the Obama gang.As George W. Bush hid the Clinton crimes, it would not be in America's interests to hang or imprison the greater part of the United States Government and key state traitors.
As Mr. Obama would be exiled with his Madam Ho, banishment would be the door shown those with more than teleprompter brains. As stated, when a nation melts down, whether it was France or Iraq recently, the police go to their homes to protect them, and Obama folks will have nowhere to hide. Their understanding this situation, would make the choice of cowering in some lost corners of Europe as their healthy choice.
This blog sees one more than scapegoat though who will not slip the loop and that is Tim Geithner. Mr. Geithner has looted the Treasury, stolen from American retirement in stock manipulation and looks like some fossilized penis.
He is like Cassius in an ugly lean hungry man that no one likes looking at and all would assent to being the crook to take things out on in Mr. Obama being in generous exile.
That is the assessment, and it does include ugly dykes like Janet Napolitano to the other cast members who will join Tim Geithner if they do not find a quick way to retire overseas.
Each day that Mr. Obama smugly jerks Americans around is another day of an inferno which could indeed erupt like the French Revolution in none of these types escaping. There is only a thin security line protecting all of this sham, and once the Secret Service figures out that it's retirement accounts are gone due to undocumented Obama and tax cheat Geithner, they will be part of the mob demanding Justice.
Instead of Steny Hoyer reigning in this banditry, he joined it and has magnified the problem. All this group had to do was slow down Obama and this would not have reached the pitch it has and will continue to amplify.
I advised early Mr. Hoyer what needed to be done and in smugness he joined the fray.
Honestly, this now rests in men like Ed Koch, Vernon Jordan and other powerful players to diffuse this. This will take the humiliation of numbers of Obamites to appease the right, outright blame to Mr. Obama for his bankrupting America, and Mr. Obama leaving office early under the cover of illness where he can recuperate in France.
This will take bribes which America can not afford of the Israeli state, certain European nations so that Iranian suits against Obama will not be heard, and, something beyond Biden to get rid of this entire fraudulent regime.
Obama though will play it past the end, and the people who should be secretly raising the issue of a remedy for this are going to wait too long, as it is in many cases already too late.
There are no "What if" in this, only a certainty that this is going to end bad. It will either be sore or a volcanic cancerous crater which will dwarf Watergate.
