Whenever a Citizen is gunned down in their own home, by the government, when they are within their Constitutional Rights of being armed, it is murder.
There is a vast difference between killing, executing, assassination and murder.
Killing is what Soldiers do, what the Police do within limitations, what vegetarians do to cabbage and what hunters do to animals.
Killing is legal as it is the Law of the survival for food on food species and the Law of self protection when invaders attempt to steal from the Citizen those things which provide life.
Executing is legal killing in the form of a trial with Rights, and a criminal violating other Citizen's Rights is then put to death to stop this heinous act.
Assassination is legalized murder set up by governments to slaughter enemies of the state.
Murder is the theft of life or that means of supporting life which endangers the continuation of that life.
With the events of Yuba City in the police murder of a Citizen in her own home instigated by agents of B. Hussein Obama working in the census, there is proof why this blog so featured the Hutatree Conspiracy as that BATF ramped up instigated event was meant to carry out what happened in Yuba City.
What the federal police fully planned to carry out was a gun fire exchange so the majority of Hutatree would be slaughtered, after a several day siege to seize headlines to smear all American Tea Party members.
By highlighting this, it is hoped that the Obama agents have so been exposed to be thwarted in this Kristallnacht stagings against Americans, but as it took them a year to plan this, it is highly likely the slaughter and smearing of Citizens on "Obama's Lists" will still come to be.
This is why the Yuba City Slaughter of a Senior Citizen who was completely within her Rights is something which must not be forgotten. It must be addressed and the folks behind it, including Mr. Obama must be brought to trial.
Understand, this is not an attack upon the Police, but is a criminal complaint about the Census group who deliberately escalated this event, inflamed the Police, who with their SWAT federal training, reacted in murdering a Citizen.
These two cops crossed the line in pumping 5 rounds into an old woman. It does not matter that she had a shotgun. It does not make any difference if she was swinging from a chandelier or running around naked. She has that Right to do anything legal within her home.
This blog is not stating this Lady was doing anything, but is making the point, she had an American Right to have that shotgun in her hands and the cops crossed the line when they invaded her home pointing weapons at her.
She has every Right to point a firearm at anyone who is uninvited on her property, no matter what the liberals are throwing people in prison for or murdering them.
The cops in this case became Obama agents of the Census group to slap Americans around to intimidate them. That is terrorism and that is murder with the indictment landing directly on Obama's desk as this is his mandate, because that Census group got it's marching orders from Washington, DC.

In legal terms, Mr. Patterson who was there and armed, did not shoot the officers now did he in this horrifying exchange?
Did Ms. Vasselin bark off a round at the cops? Hell no she didn't as her finger in death throws didn't even pull the trigger. This means her shotgun was either unloaded or she had the safety on.
In legal terms, this is one billion dollar murder lawsuit, because just like Hutatree in that conspiracy, no one had any intent on murdering anyone, except the Obama police.
This must be understood completely as this is examined. The American Citizens did not fire one round, and yet Americans are in prison without bail or laying in a morgue.

The son of Ms. Vasselin now has his Mother's home with around 3 quarts of dried blood staining the stone or wood flooring.
See in CSI, all they do is come in and rip a home apart. The city does not have a murder crew to come in and clean up their incidents. No, this now falls on the family members who have to go in and scrub their Mother's blood off that floor which they will find does not come off.
Then they will have to bring in some contractor costing thousands of dollars to repaint for blood spray, bullet holes and the blood stained flooring.
As no one wants to live there, the house will be put on the market and will not sell as that is the 'murder house' and the taxes will eat it up or it will go for a price so low cheating the survivors out of their inheritance.
The neighbors property values just plunged in this Obama event as no one wants to deal with living around a murder scene.
My family had a friend who committed suicide due to his family being asses to him. That house never did sell, and was eventually bulldozed and is a vacant corner lot I drive by in the city remembering him.
Frankly, that entire Yuba City neighborhood should bring a class action lawsuit directly upon B. Hussein Obama's personal finances as this was his high crime felony being carried out.
The Census could have backed off and just marked it down as two occupants who would not comply. There was absolutely no need to call this in like this nasty little Obama worker did so her supervisor could ramp up the Police and have an American Senior Citizen murdered.
Ms. Vasselin was a wonderful American. Several years ago she stood up in a lawsuit against her employer for Senior Citizens. Her family served America well in her brother was a Judge and District Attorney.
That though did not matter to the Obama regime and his Obamalings in Yuba City. They murdered this Lady in her own home and have cost her family and community a fortune.
The statute of limitations should not run out on this, and in time it should be revisited and pressed by a GOP Attorney General in Washington, holding Federal Grand Juries for the census worker, census supervisor, the two cops who sprayed this old Lady down and for B. Hussein Obama and his conspirators under the charges of murder in the first degree.
The American Republic is a Government By the People, of the People and for the People.
It is meant under limitations to protect and serve the Citizen.
Nowhere is there license for Obama census thugs to call in cops to assassinate Citizens who are completely in their Rights to be armed in their own homes, waving guns around if they please.

This blog sincerely hopes the family of Ms. Vasselin, her neighbors and friends join in a criminal complaint both in Obama's World Court and in American Civil Court suing B. Hussein Obama directly for the loss of this woman's life, her property value, her neighbor's property value and their combined peace of mind is now gone.
The Bush Administration couldn't move fast enough to throw two innocent Border Patrol Agents into prison. It is time and the time will come that these Census thugs and the cops assassinating Americans to intimidate them are held before criminal courts.
In forensics, there are probably powder burns on Ms. Vasselin's body and her clothing probably was singed as this event was that close. That should never happen to a 67 year old Lady in her own home.
It is time to take a phrase from Sarah Palin and sue baby sue for the family, neighbors and friends of Ms. Vasselin, and to take this to these folks personal bank accounts and not let them hide behind government insurance, as the taxpayers should not be responsible for this murder.
