Both were tucked away as Obama into community organizer settings which is not exactly a Harvard crowd and Muchelle was stuffed into boardrooms where others could do their thinking for them.
Harvard one would think would have exposed the Obama's and it did in their writings being incoherent, but in their programming they acted their parts and bluffed their way through.
In a mentalist view, Obama was put into Harvard, so therefore those white folks who actually were intelligent assumed he was intelligent too which all humans do in trait.
Obama simply could recite well his programming, and as long as he stayed into what his 486 brain was coded with, the bluff worked as any good actor can make anyone believe anything.

Obama is a chameleon, but he is a mimic. By that I explain, he is like Dinesh D'Souza the great "right wing American writer" who is Indian and has not a clue what Americans are, but he read about them and mimics what Americans want to hear without comprehending the visceral meaning.

Obama is a con artist who can mimic those he is talking to like a Circus mind reader. It is simply mirroring the subject in empathy and in a few moments even intelligent people can be sucked in.
I once met a doctor who was very intelligent that someone I knew had been working on for months to take them on a holiday. In a few hours, with a few well placed comments in relating to his situation in life, I had this person invite me along on holiday.
Later a relative overheard him telling someone months later that I was the smartest person in this part of the state.

This is how Obama and Obama got their doors opened for them as it was in their interests to create their personas like they have hundreds of others around the world out of quite stupid people who recite well and carry out orders thinking it is their agenda.
All of this deduces why the Obama's were never let near intelligent people and still are not. It is why they were disbarred and never let near the courts as someone like Ed Koch would have ripped them to shreds, exposing what incompetents they are.
There really is not a mystery to the Obama's as they are wax figure models crafted by others, who use them and keep the heat off of them unless they melt.
"Did you plug the hole yet daddy?", that is the mindset of Obama's juvenile daughter.
