President Ronald Reagan proved what a necessary part of American life that the Military Industrial Complex can be in both saving America in times of peace, times of Cold War and times of hot wars.
It was President Reagan who implemented a well directed stimulus to America via the Military Industrial Complex which saved America from the Carter Depression and set the stage to win the Cold War, and those implements would go on to win 5 wars from Panama, Grenada, Gulf War I, Gulf War II and Afghanistan. That massive build up of the American infrastructure fueled a 30 year peacetime expansion of these United States, upon which the entire world was uplifted by.
(Do not confuse Greenspan bubbles, Asian bubbles nor debt borrowing into this, as those are separate issues of financiers, robber barons and globalists.)
In this, the B 1 bomber, B-2, F 117, Abrams tanks, Bradley fighting vehicles, F 14, 15, 16 and 18 were all part of a program which phased into the NASA Shuttle and Star Wars program, all promoted the base for Microsoft, Apple, cell phones, HDTV etc.. in the wonders of God given American advancement.
The trickle down economics of Ronald Reagan were instead a geyser upward of the changing of America from a service society to one of a technological society.
That is what is right when a Conservative President named Ronald Reagan puts America upon a directed path for the betterment of all the world, but placing Americans first.
What Barack Hussein Obama though has been on with the rodent gnawing of Robert Gates has been the gutting of the entire military industrial complex. Gates is now bitching about Pentagon costs when Obama just rationed death to America in his Obamacare in costing trillions of dollars and it dispenses nothing but death.
That is what is so incredibly wrong with Obama Gates in they steal from Peter to pay Paul, and Paul is on a gurney not producing anything.

Robert Gates has cut thee most necessary of programs. The most critical in missile defense and the wonderful F 22 Raptor are things of the past as Obama spends a billion on his non stop vacations. Who does that employ and how does that help America?
What needs to be lectured to Mr. Gates so he can do his job for America instead of shadowing around under the cloak of Ronald Reagan working for the globalist disarmament of America, is the simply Reagan economic answer.
Back in the mid 80's Chuck Yeager, America's Hero, was spokesman for the F 22 Tigershark. This fighter jet has always been my favorite bird, because it was asked of by the Pentagon by the Industrial Complex to be build as a light, cheap version of the F 16 fighter.
The Californians turned out this beauty which had a lower ceiling than the 16, but was one of the most cost effective operational jets ever made.
The problem is the Pentagon, US Government and Congress never promoted the product to foreign states, who immediately insisted they wanted the F 16 instead.
What should have been done is every American state should have been provided a squadron of these fine aircraft, which would have numbered 1000.
It could have been sold to foreign governments as a National Guard plane, which was even more effective than the old F 4 Phantom which the Germans were tanking around still in the 80's.
Put the same weapons platforms on anything from an F 4 to a F 20 and the birds all kill just as effectively as a F 16 or Mig 29. One can fire a missile over the operational ceiling and still kill targets of more advanced mode.
This is what Gates if he had a brain should have done with the F 22 Raptor in providing it to all the US Air National Guard units, and then sold it to the Japanese, Israeli, Egyptian, Saudi, Jordanian, Iraqi, Pakistani, Indian governments. These sales would have produced a necessary economic boom in the Industrial sector which America needs at this Obama rapine moment.
All of these American systems Gates is so intent on eliminating should be instead marketed as the finest weapon's platforms for any nations security. Employ Americans, balance the national unbalanced trade and use these funds to reinvest in later fighters and aircraft carriers, including advanced nuclear weapons programs.
Instead Gates is bent on now cutting the Boeing transports, which he deems America has enough of as Gates is not just stuck on stupid, he is stuck on peasant warfare in thinking that is all America is going to be fighting is turban wearers and using Predators.
For the record, there is a grand Eurasian War coming. The Boeing transports are going to be lost at an average of 10 per week in wear and accidents. If they get into a war theater, there will be lost 100 per week. It does not take long to loose 1000 jets at that point, so what is Gates going to do in war? Use paper boats to ship troops to his Obama battlefields?
This is the utter ignorance of Obama Gates disarming of America, and it now descends to his complaining that America has 40 Generals stationed in Europe. By all means let America cut the brass, but let it start with the Obama stooges inside Washington DC who are his political gay lobby promoting the US military as a gay retreat to eliminate sodomites, instead of fighting and winning wars.
The last time a nation gutted it's officer corp was when another Marxist in the Kremlin was cementing power, by the name of Joe Stalin. That went very well for Adolf Hitler when he invaded Russia a few years later.
So history proves Robert Gates and B. Hussein Obama the absolute causes of wars and economic depressions as they are going exactly opposite of Ronald Reagan, Abraham Lincoln and Franklin Roosevelt, who utilized correct American military investment to secure America and advance the American culture.
There is a necessary Military Industrial Complex, when utilized correctly it benefits all Americans and the world. What America has now is the Marxist Idiot Complex of Obama and Gates in obsession disarming America and attacking it's defense structure.
