The Chicago Kangaroo Court which is attempting to make Rod Blagojevich a political prisoner of the Obama regime is now in it's Patrick Fitzgerald stage of ripping up the Constitution, shredding it, feeding it to birds and turning it into birdie poo to present to Obama as his trophy for the wall.

The Obama judge in the case in not allowing Tony Rezko on the stand, when FITZGERALD WANTED HIM THERE, to now ordering Rod Blagojevich he could not call Rahm Emanuel or any other witnesses until Rod Blagojevich took the stand, has literally denied like Lt. Col. Terry Lakin in his military case against Obama, the right to a defense, and in Chicago the Court is apparently run by, "OK you incriminate yourself first and then you can call the witnesses as Obama's case is so bad the prosecution is blowing it."

There is a little thing called the 5th Amendment which has been thrown out of the Blagojevich kangaroo court.

This is the most 3rd world of courts and reflects exactly what Eric Holder said he was going to do in New York against terrorists. There would be no real trial, just a show trial as the conviction was already decided upon.

To review this case, Rod Blagojevich was minding his own business being what Illinois Government is expected to be in people getting things for doing things. The people there have no problem with it, but Patrick Fitzgerald tuned up the firing squad on Gov. Blagojevich.

Rod Blagojevich was busy in quid pro quo inside Illinois, when Obama calls up a union thug to go strong arm the Governor into committing a crime to appoint Val-erie Jarrett to the Illinois Senate seat.
This is what started the Rahm Emanuel criminal acts which in turn Fitzgerald laid all on Blagojevich who was going to appoint some player in Illinois who could do Illinois some good.

What is most telling in court tapes is Robert Blagojevich, who is the Republican brother of Rod Blagojevich, who was offered 6 million dollars by Indians, yes those Obama monkey in his pants Indians were in this, and the Blagojevich's turned down the bribe.

Tony Rezko had two candidates to turn into President for the Saddam Hussein Muslim oil mafia. One was Barack Hussein Obama, and the other was Rod Blagojevich.
One could deduct if Rod Blagojevich was now President, as real American, that America would not now be bankrupt, Air Force One would not be worn out in Obama vacations, Americans would not be facing rationed death and the Gulf would not be Obama tar balled.

This entire trial is filled with appeals for all of Gov. Blagojevich's rights which have been violated. This case is akin to you standing on the street minding your own business about crossing when the light turned, and Rahm Emanuel shoving you into traffic and your being arrested for jay walking.
The prosecutors in Chicago are putting up the worst of cases now as if they are deliberately throwing this case as one wonders if the Appellate Courts will on appeals start looking at how it is that Patrick Fitzgerald got a cozy new job for not finding Barack Obama guilty of the crime of enticing Gov. Blagojevich into something he had no intention of doing.

What this Blagojevich trial is about is Patrick Fitzgerald once again the patrician stooge going nuclear as he does in every case, in making Rod Blagojevich guilty of breathing air.
The entire kanagaroo pouch now is so narrow in scope in what the prosecution and judge are up to, that the entire case has collapsed.

This is a case of Obama regime political prisoners ruining Americans as he did Hillary Clinton and Sarah Palin supporters and is still spying on Americans illegally as the liberal Washington Post is reporting.
Obama is out of control, and his cast of thugs and stooges are releasing terrorists and making criminals out of Americans for having a different political position than Obama.

This might come down to Rod Blagojevich voted for John McCain in 2008 and Obama if having a sh*t fit over it.

Maybe this Blagojevich trial is all about 3rd world 10 year old sociopath Barry Soetoro Obama exterminating all the pretty competition. Remember how Obama destroyed John Edwards as his wife fought cancer and now we find that Rod Blagojevich was a target, as he too was the Presidential choice for a non crooked Obama generation.

Whatever is the case this case is one of fraud by the Obama regime.
