I have been pondering Mark Levin in challenging a caller to not call him Mr. Levin, as all the callers on Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh, call them Sean and Rush.
Perhaps it is a psychological experiment of intimidation by Mark Levin, perhaps it is a need to be friends to the masses, perhaps it is one of the few times that Mr. Levin is overlooking something.

I doubt that if you are a Christian as Christians respect God and have a due honor system as God has in affording those who have earned it, honor.
I would probably refer to him as "General" even if some would use the term "Mr. President", because I view military as something achieved and earned, while Presidents are things elected.
So I would not be referring to Abraham Lincoln as Abe, George Custer as Autie unless given permission after a long time in a growing friendship and I would not be referring the Virgin Mary as Mary.
With her, I would await in her graciousness what I should address her as, as someone chosen to be the Mother of God is a bit exclusive.
In the Spirit in me, there is just a natural honor code which I respond to by instinct. I even try hard to address in intellectual writing Barack Obama as Mr. Obama, even if the only respect I have for him is in God's love those who spitefully use you.
I do though mock him exceedingly so the masses comprehend that Mr. Obama is not someone to follow as his ways are the ways of death in the great abyss he is committing suicide in.
Consider someone like Barney Frank.
Does anywhere in your being the term come out, "Mr. Frank" in addressing him? Of course it does not in the majority as there is nothing in this fraud which compels respect, as he does not respect himself, little alone God in his sodomy.
The same is true for Stephanie Herseth Sandlin. Her own dinklings of South Dakota constantly called her "Stephie" like she is a prep school petre dish staph infection.
Mrs. Sandlin is even a disrespectful term as the real Mrs. Sandlin was dumped long ago by Max Sandlin along with 4 children. It drives liberal women nuts as they marry old codgers to control and then be referred to as "the wife" and as a Mrs.
So consider this, if by instinct you know to call Stephanie by her first name in being familiar with her or Sandlin in being dismissive of her, why on earth would anyone vote for a "Stephie" who only makes little Democratic girlies have wet pantie spots as they dream they too can be election frauds in grabbing power. (Which they never will be as cheating gets normal women fired, in jail or trading sex to stay out of jail or from being fired.)
Herseth Sandlin is a joke. She is a feral female, afraid of her own vagina, so she married on old penis to stay in control, and only dumped out a kid instead of aborting it to satisfy some notch on her tampon case achievements.
I do not concern myself in what to address Stephie in God's Kingdom, because murderers and adulterers don't end up in heaven. Mrs. Sandlin's work is murdering more children through infanticide daily. Even if she could get Obama to raise them from the dead. (Obama only seems capable of killing and murdering people, so I guess he really is the anti life messiah.)
Dead is dead, murder is murder, and in balancing the scales, little kids burned to death, poisoned, sucked to pieces and chopped to bits, have a court case before Jesus in growing numbers that just voting for Obama is not the payment God accepts for forgiveness of sins.
As I'm not going to Sheol or Gehenna, I won't have to concern myself in addressing unrepentant messiahs like Obama or baby butchers like Stephie Sandlin.
There are rules in this and those rules have rewards and consequences no matter what Nancy Pelosi has written for her as bills Obama signs into laws.
So those rules have meanings, just like by instinct every human knows good from evil. Some choose good with all the effort involved and self denial, and some take the sloven route to evil.
So in rules, my rule is one of respect. Mark Levin like many of his listeners, sometimes in fear and sometimes in respect refer to him as Mr. Levin, as he has earned that moral honor.
One refers to Mark Levin as Mister and one refers to Stephanie Herseth Sandlin as baby butcher as they earn it.
It is all a matter of respect, like Tavis Smiley and Jimmy Carter calling Mr. Obama........nothing but "Obama".

If there is no respect and they do not respec God, then why are you or your family members voting for them.
Duh, don't vote for them as you in the majority seem to be in need of being told correct conduct as you have been base for far too long.
