I was amused like the Queen when Huffington Post voted South Dakota leader, Kristi Noem, as the hottest new Republican in Congress and the Congresswoman blew them off for the little tarts Arianna Huffington employs.
AH not to be confused with "ah", the sound of pleasure or exclamation of revelation, has no comprehension from her shallow Californication roots what an American Lady is. Kristi Noem is of this Sarah Palin type.
Yes they like being noticed in they are pretty, but when your engine is sputtering in a gale on the ocean while salmon fishing or a bull is about to smash into you.............pretty don't matter a whole hell of allot to the husbands, as the reason they married these western women is they got True Grit.
They are moral, honest, dependable and trustworthy. That is what matters to Kristi Noem around her neighbors. You can't depend on pretty durning a blizzard and pretty don't shut the gate some jackass left open from Sioux Falls while tresspassing on your land...........Kristi Noem gets her road open so the bus can pick up the kids and Kristi Noem shuts the gate so the neighbor's cows don't get hit by some Mexican illegal who can't see cows.
Stephanie Herseth Sandlin got where she did by her looks. She marketed it and used her inflatable boobs for votes. That is the kind of political whore she is. She had her dirty old man husband Max plant stories about her being "presidential" in the future, not that the Democratic elite ever would allow it, but so she could have the local liberal KELO put the spin on how powerful she was to get olde Brain Explosion Tim Johnson out of his Space Shuttle wheelchair.
You can see the difference in Kristi Noem by the look in her eye. Kristi Noem will throw a loop on a lariat and hit what she aims at just like she can in pulling a trigger. It is a western thing and like John Wayne in the Shootist explained about gunfighters, "some will hesitate, but he wouldn't"..........Sarah Palin won't hesitate and Kristi Noem won't hesitate.........but you can just see Stephanie Herseth Sandlin will hesitate and the way Hillary Clinton is on all the Obama diasters from Egypt to Libya.........you can see she is waiting around from Obama's second coming which ain't going to happen.
I know it isn't romantic sounding or Playboy sounding to look at a Kristi Noem and judge her dependable, but in the west that is what makes a woman romantic and makes her sensual, because without her word, you got nothing but the rest of the mob.
That is why Kristi Noem takes offense and blows off liberals fixated on looks, because she knows she has more where it matters..........and she proved it when her dad was taken from this world and returned home to work the farm.
She could have done the Obama thing and abandoned her family to die, but she didn't. She worked hard, put in her time to prove she was the real deal in brains and people voted for her.
Kristi Noem is the documented proof of who an American is......not like allot of folks now out there pretending to be pretty and smart.

That is something a liberal will never get about Kristi Noem or about Sarah Palin........the people who trust them are judging them on their hearts.
